Anyone can access parking lot, elevators, and floors. Rooms are protected by door codes. Our Yeti cooler was stolen from the rack on our car, so be cautious of leaving your items unattended. Parking is easy... no circling a parking deck every time you want to go somewhere. No codes or gates to parking lot. You have a smaller, covered parking lot if you need to unload in the rain. Lots of carts to help with unloading/loading. Never had to wait for one to be returned. We stayed in room 313. It had a great view of the beach! Beach access is easy and close. So that was great. We didn't have to pay to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach; it was first come, first serve. The pool is indoor/outdoor with a swim-thru... the kids loved that! There's also a hot tub. Pool closes at 10pm. You are really close to Wolf Bay (one of our fave restaurants). Several other restaurants, WalMart, and Publix are nearby, too. Cleanliness isn't great but I brought cleaning products. We stayed here for a baseball tournament so having laundry access was a MUST for me. Loved having a washer + dryer in our room. We had three rooms and three bathrooms which was perfect for our family of four. For our room specifically: the coffee table was TINY and the balcony furniture probably needs updating soon. There's a shelf broken in the fridge. But everything else was pretty great! TV was easy to work.

From the moment I called to make reservations several months ago, the property owner was kind, personable and made sure we knew what to expect from the house and every step of the rental process. He kept in constant communication helping us with things as big as wheelchair rentals and as small as where to place our canopy on the beach! The house was fully stocked with things that we didn't even know we needed! We used both the screened in porch and the deck to hang with our party of 13! We had fun in the game room that also created an extra something to do for the little kiddos, and the BIG kiddos The beds were incredible and each corner of this house was clean and well kept! We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach, very close to the ocean and lifeguard stand 4! This made running back for lunch or drinks a breeze and taking a break for the littles during nap time super easy! We were within walking distance from a small market for necessities, Sea N Suds for a cocktail in the evening and a snow cone place for a cool treat. Everything you need is only about a 5-7 minute drive. The house has a great shower outside and a clothesline both upstairs and down for rinsing off after the beach and hanging up your suits! I could go on and on about this house and this vacation. It has been amazing and the house and it's amenities have been absolutely top notch. I and my grandson got cut pretty severely on the crap in the water. if you're going to have a rental you should ensure that the property (yes, including the water) has no hidden dangers! CLEAN IT UP! My nephew also had to get his FIL to bring a weed trimmer to clear the path to the beach.

Everything was just as described in the listing and photo's. The location was perfect (at the end of the beach before the state park property). Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances, pots and pans, dishware, and utensils. The balcony (very important to us) had plenty of space and included a cushioned love seat with 2 large, comfy matching chairs, a coffee table, and a ceramic drum table; 2 extra woven chairs were stashed in the corner if needed. The view was perfect! We had easy access to the beach with a nice wooden walkway, which included a rinsing station for feet and beach toys upon one's return from the sand. The rental station for beach chairs and umbrellas was conveniently close, and the attendents were very friendly and helpful with chair/umbrella placement. There are two elevators which provided quick service and huge utility carts for transporting luggage, groceries, and other beach paraphernalia. The owner (Rick, Ultimate Relocation) was an excellent communicator! We had all needed information before we arrived and he checked with us via email several times throughout our stay to determine if we needed anything. We would definitely return to this rental.
