We love our house, and the thought if moving wasn't a pleasant thought. We had Renewal by Anderson to our house 6 years ago. They quoted us $42,000 to replace 14 windows. We couldn't afford it and gave up that idea. Then I was reading up on windows again and read about Anlin windows. After reading reviews on window installer I called the Window and Door Store. They came out showing me a sample of an Anlin window. I was very impressed not only with the product but also the installer. The warranty with Anlin is far better than Anderson. The quote came in at less than half of what Anderson quoted. Sold! The windows were installed by a great & efficent team of Jacob, Isaac, Chris, Angel and another whose name I cannot recall. I am sorry about that. I am so happy with windows and I hardly hear anything outside now. Thank you Window & Door store!!

Doug came and gave me a quote without any pressure of adding on more windows, like he said once I get a few I will want more and I did!!! The installers are so quick I'm still in shock, to remove and replace all 6 windows it took 4 hours! Chris, Vincent and Angel did a great job. I appreciate that the salesman, Arthur, was not pushy and laid everything out for me pretty quickly. This is during the Christmas holiday and today, 22 January the installer arrived. I have put in windows and doors myself back in the early 90s when I was working for a contractor. But it's nice having somebody come in being professional and completing a job in about four hours. Oscar was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing what he did. Very friendly and fluent in English. The reason I went with Window World instead of Anderson is because Anderson wanted to charge $11,000 whereas Window World price was $3200. My brother in Virginia used Window World and suggested them. I had three other estimates but I thought when the world was gonna be the best fit. Now I actually have a screen door with my sliding glass door. Thank you Window world. Oscar cleaned up the area and caulked all the way around to seal the door.

Our door is OLD. The tracks were super gross and dirty. Door no longer slides. There's gaps and cracks in the door frame. The lock works but not smoothly. IT'S A MESS OKAY? He fixed it SOOOO quickly without any issues. At my request he even ran out to Home Depot real quick to get a new door handle lock thing to change our crappy one out. Door slides BEAUTIFULLY NOW! He's so reasonably priced I don't even know why I waited this long to fix it. I suffered that stupid door for so long. Just get it done once and be happy going in and out of your home again! You do not need to pay an arm and a leg for a new door! Pay John to fix it! He's great! Also he's very respectful of your home. It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. We finally decided to get it done so our new dog could have a nice place to play, especially during the summers, where we can control the heat levels. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Now, it's gorgeous and I can't wait to accessorize!
