Great communication to start. When staff member, Dean, arrived, he was very pleasant and helpful. He took a few minutes to explain the cleaning process and asked a couple of questions about our backyard so he could understand the space and our needs. Our backyard is pretty small (probably less than 100 square feet) but with two dogs it definitely needs regular cleaning. Dean completed the turf cleaning in about 40 minutes and did a great job. The turf looked clean and smelled really fresh afterward, which is very important to us with our dogs. All the debris was removed as well. He also left us with a TurfFresh solution that we can use between professional cleanings to help maintain it. Overall, we're very happy with the service. Thank you so much!
