Hard to describe the quality and satisfaction I have now that we completed a full kitchen remodel. I have read a few of the much older reviews and some were not great. The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. We had Haim and his crew remove a wall in our living room ,install another wall in our kitchen to make a walk in closet and install a large pantry cabinet in our kitchen. Haim came over and made suggestions that looked nicer than what I had envisioned. His crew was on time, did the work beautifully at a very reasonable cost. Had a leaking shower pan that needed to be replaced as the wall next to it was falling apart. 702 Restoration & Remodeling came to the rescue. I know it was a small job for them, but they came out immediately and gave us a bid. Because the price was so decent, we decided to retile the entire shower (not just try to do it the cheapest way possible), remove a funky window on a wall between the shower and jetted tub and tile over it, so it would all be new, with a new shower door, tile knitch for shampoo, etc. and fixtures to replace the 1990 faucet/shower head/drain. We picked out and pay for the tile and grout apart from the construction bid. Then, they picked it up. We ordered the faucet/shower head/drain and they installed it. The custom door was measured after the shower was complete to insure a perfect fit and installed as part of the original bid. Once we had all the pieces, the whole project was done in about a week from when they started, with a couple of days wait for the custom sized shower door. We are extremely pleased with how professional and easy they were to work with. The shower and adjoining tub wall look terrific. Job well done! First off.. I only give 5 starts to 100% perfect service, so this 4 star review is great for me! :) I'd definitely recommend this company! I had them do quite a few things.. after getting quotes, I decided to go with these guys, as the price was decent (mid-range) and Haim was very personable and knowledgeable. This first tasks were painting the condo, removing a set of kitchen cabinets, changing the kitchen light, and changing locks.. everything went smoothly with all this and the results were great (see pics)! Freddy paints very quickly and it's neat!! The only small hiccup was that I was instructed to get another gallon of paint that I ended up not needing.. soo, I have a $35 gallon of paint for no reason (there's other left-over reserve). The next task was the bathroom remodel, which was a new vanity, paint, fixing caved in tile/bad sheet rock around tub faucet, and new floors (vinyl planks)... along with cleaning the dryer vent. I'm happy with the end result, but there were some hiccups along the way. They had to come back a few times and fix some things. I think it was just an issue of communication between everyone... my requests not being relayed to the workers and the owner thinking things were done that actually weren't. But here's the thing, they DID come back and address all of the complaints I had... even after all was paid in full. At the end of the day, I'd definitely use this company again! We had our guest bathroom remodeled and they did a great job. Part of the remodel was wall tile installed halfway up the walls and the tile work was done extremely well. We had a variety of work done and we're very happy with all of the results. 702 repainted our old kitchen cabinets and they look brand new and it really made a difference in the entire kitchen. 702 added an exterior door from our nook to the back yard so we wouldn't have to go through the living room for grilling. The door looks like it was always there from inside & out. That includes the stucco as well as mouldings and inside tile flooring. 702 painted the exterior of our house and we couldn't be happier. The different trim color and door color makes the house stand out with a touch of class. All of these tasks were done with care as well as consideration of the rest of the home. We wanted tile in a shower, our living room, entry way and dining area. I am so happy with how everything came out. Haim is so professional and knowledgeable. Our dining area was not leveled and the floor had lots of problems after pulling previous tile. Other estimates we got we were told there might be problems with lipping or tiles may crack. 702 Home Service told us how they'd handle it. The sanded the concrete to level living room and did a great job in the dining area raising the floor. I wanted to do something fun and different with the tile and they listened, were very patient and friendly. The shower door that came with the shower was a great quality and has sturdiness and look of commercial quality. Their pricing is fair for quality workmanship. I have been searching for years to find a good handyman service that has a good understanding and skill to solve plumbing problems. I've finally found a reliable company that seems to be able to help fix all my problems, big or small. I had originally called 702 out to replace my garbage disposal, reset my toilet and replace a bath sink faucet. The technician was able to fix my existing garbage disposal and solve the toilet issue without resetting it. Both of which saved me money. I completely appreciate his honesty in solving a problem that could have easily cost me and others might have taken advantage of the situation. Monday rolls around and the time window passes, when I contacted the company someone answered and said the company broke up over the weekend and basically did not bother to cancel any of the appointments they made. When I saw how many 5 star reviews these guys have earned my expectations were quite high. I contacted them to obtain an estimate for re-tiling our backyard bar and BBQ island which had significantly deteriorated from exposure to the weather for the last 18 years. Their estimator "Aviv" was exceptionally courteous and professional. Aviv provided some terrific ideas on how to renovate the tile work to make it better than new. Their estimate was very reasonable so we hired them to do the job. The company owner "Haim" came to the house with his crew and clearly laid out the steps that they were going to perform. Haim was extremely proactive and addressed several areas that had never been properly done. For example, the original contractor had originally installed the tiles directly on plywood and failed to use weather sealing or cement board to prevent deterioration. It was truly our sincere pleasure to work Haim. He is incredibly highly skilled, and is very customer oriented. Haim takes great pride in his work and far exceeded our highest expectations! They provided the following services: 1.       Hanging up a large bathroom mirror, a glass frame artwork, and a decorative mirror. 2.       Installing a bath towel bar and a paper toilet holder. 3.       Replacing a shower hose. 4.       Replacing a bathroom faucet. I requested a quote for a home project to a specific handyman on Yelp on Sept 18 but I received responses from 3 different companies the following day, September19th, one of which was from Haim of 702 Home Services. I responded right away and even apologized for responding a day late. I then asked him a good phone number so I could send them the photos. Haim responded right away with their contact number. From then on, we continued corresponding via text messages. After receiving the photos, he texted me back and asked what I wanted done. After a couple more exchanges of text messages, he asked for my full name, phone number and email address so he could send me the quote. I never did receive a text or a call for the quote that day so I waited the following day, Sept 20th and texted him twice (one at 10:42 am and another text at 4:03pm) . NO RESPONSE. I realized he wasn't interested and I totally got it. It would've been nice had they had the professionalism and common customer service courtesy to call or text me back and told me that they could not do the job instead of totally ignoring my texts and inquiries. This company did a FANTASTIC job on removing our master bathroom window and sealing the outside wall (another contractor did the inside wall). The stucco work and paint job was done to perfection and you can't see where it started and ended. If you didn't know a window was originally there, you wouldn't be able to find it! To start off, I have to first off say Moshe and Jaime have been nothing, but professional since the first time I met them and welcomed them into my home. 702 Home Services is by far one of the best businesses I have come to deal with hands down. When Moshe first came to our home to start a quote he was punctual and beyond polite and respectful of our home. When my wife and I agreed on dealing with 702 we called Moshe up and set up the demo of our bathroom. 702 to be straight here demolished our old shower, counter top, and replaced the shower with better quality materials and tile. Our vanity sinks were replaced with vessels and the counter replaced with stone. They also removed our old mirrors and lighting and replaced them as well. Throughout the entire process it was a mess, but this is what we were told to begin with and I knew already it wasn't going to be pretty with the demo. Yet the process went pretty smoothly, we hit a few speed bumps, by the stone shower floor drained water a few times and they repaired it, there was a leak in one of the fitting in our wall that they repaired due to not seeing it when finishing the product, so we had a ceiling leak from the shower wall to the dining room. Soon as I saw this I called Moshe and guess what they immediately came that day on a Sunday and repair it all and during the week returned to finish the ceiling off to ensure there wasn't going to be anymore leaks. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is needing handy work done, I am still loving our new bathroom setup. 702 uses the most skilled workers I have seen and literally will ask to use the restroom if possible, I had to keep telling them my home is your home lol. To be upfront here, any problems I had were dealt with by Moshe and Jaime and the entire time me and my wife felt we were treated fairly and professionally by not only them, but the workers as well. Just tell them over the phone what you need Incase they have to pick stuff up . I just went to Lowe's and bought the stuff beforehand . Frankie , was so polite and very fast . The work he did was perfect and it was for a reasonable price . They charge a set amount for 1 1/2 hrs , it was worth every penny .. I highly recommended them and will be using them in the future . I showed him some pictures and sketches of how i wanted my Custom Tabletop. We both went to Home Depot to pick out the necessary materials. Started around 10am and the Tabletop was done by 3pm. Great attention to detail and the crew listened to all my requests. After they installed my Tabletop they cleaned up all the excess wood particles and even vacuumed my garage. Called these guys a couple weeks ago to come out to help me hang an overhead storage in my garage. If you've tried to get a handyman service then you know most decent people are booked out at least 2 weeks. I was able to get an appointment the same week. There was a mix up with the scheduling and had to wait an extra couple days but they gave me $50 off a project that was only $160 to begin with. Hiam, the owner, came out himself to do the job. Haim (the owner) was awesome delivering the satisfaction of this client by sending a text message to confirm the appointment, as well as sending a message when en route to the house. Big or small, these guys will get the job done. I had a small to medium task(s) to be taken care of and no problem. In case you're not aware, some handymen will decline to come to do the job if it's a small one. You can imagine the time, effort, and gas to drive to the destination, especially if it is a far or out of the way. But no, Haim came out and exceeded expectations. Mo and his team helped rescue my house prior to sale after it had been trashed by previous tenants. They pulled all the ruined carpet, repaired holes in the walls and baseboards, replaced a broken door frame and door, primed and painted the entire interior. Throughout it all they communicated everything they were doing and were planning to do, gave accurate estimates of time and cost and were exceedingly professional and friendly at every stage.
