First time here but great experience with getting a pedicure. I decided to just walk in since I was at the plaza and had some time. I was the only one at the salon at the time. Salon is very clean and pedicure chairs are comfortable and look to be brand new. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I opted for the deluxe pedicure and for $45 you really get the works. They take their time with each step and I truly felt pampered by the time it was done. read more

The tech spent more time massaging my legs, then working on my nails. The polish seemed too thick. I like the cuticle pushed back and the nail smooth before polish which the tech did not do. Overall, I am not pleased and would not recommend this company. read more

This is probably one of the best nail salons I have ever been to!! They actually stayed open for me to get there and get my beautiful pink and whites done!! My nail tech was so awesome! Go somewhere else. I've done my eye brows here for 2 years because it's the closest location to my house. The lady does a good job, she's not the nicest or friendly but my eye brows looked good. The last times she has burned my skin to the point that 1-2 days after the waxing I have scabs around my brows. Today I went in for my brows and mentioned to her that I like the way she does my brows but the last couple times my skin feels like it's on fire and I end up with open skin and scabs .. she said that's not possible because she has never had that complain. She proceeded to wax my brows only to once again break my skin. Not only that, she got wax on my hair. When I showed her , she told me straight up " you can go to the mall or somewhere else".. Amazing! I was on vacation in Ft. Myers and really needed my nails done as two had fallen off and I'd started to bite off the others Anyway, because of the great reviews and awesome pictures, I decided on 2K and am so glad I did! I've never gotten almond shape but went with my gut and showed the nail tech, Phong, a picture of what I wanted. My nails came out exactly like the picture and were SOOO cute! It took about 45 minutes for a dip with tip and he was very gentle and precise. It was a bit more expensive than at home ($50 here) but so worth it. The place was in a strip mall and was very clean with calm relaxing music. I got there an hour after they opened and there was only one other person inside getting their feet done. All in all it was a great experience and I'm glad I drove the 20 minutes from our hotel for this place. Thanks 2K! read more

Walked in a Tuesday evening about an hour before closing time and was greeted immediately. When I asked for a pedicure I was given the standard response of pick a color. The tired wall of nail polish bottles looked unorganized and grimy. In addition to most bottles looking old and dirty, the selection of colors was very limited. The colors to chose from were basically reds and pinks and about 80% of the labels had been removed from the bottoms so you couldn't identify a color name. After settling on a pinkish color I wasn't thrilled with I took a seat in the waiting area. I waited quite awhile and realized I wasn't going to be serviced any time soon so I decided to leave. I think there are better options in the area and don't plan on returning to 2K Nails anytime in the future. read more

Made an appointment with Jack after seeing reviews and photos of his work and he didn't disappoint! I'm extremely picky especially about my middle finger because my nail gets wider towards the tip. The tip shape across all ten fingers is exactly the same which is something most tech struggle with when I request oval vs. square. Jack did such an amazing job that I'll be going back to see him and I'm using him for wedding. When I asked Jack about doing my bridal party in a specific rose gold he said if they didn't have it he'd get it.... talk about service. I love this salon. The reason I am giving this 3 stars- the male worker who is not the owner Whatever you do- do NOT let him do your nails. He was rushed the entire time. I understand being busy but bring more workers in or tell people no. When he was buffing my fingers he was pressing so hard It hurt, when he was massaging my arms he was going fast and hard and was not "relaxing" at all He filed my nails down so hard on the side of my nails that not only did It hurt, when he went to put an oil on, It burnt like hell. Then he had to take the top coat off bc he did It wrong aka had to burn my hands again. Price is great, atmosphere is great, but management needs to learn to say no to people or truly tell them the wait time and not to rush on current paying customers. read more

Great experience!! The entire staff was very helpful, personable, and nice. This nail salon is super clean and all their tools come out of a sealed freshly sterilized package each time. All other tools are used only once then thrown away. Cleanliness is the most important thing for me when it comes to doing my nails. They do excellent work with the shellac mani and pedis with a large variety of colors and designs, and very up to date with today's nail fashion. Last but definitely not least, their heavenly pedicures are like no other, it's a full pedicure + foot scrub, hot stone massage, and a nice hot damp towel to finish., I would give them 100 stars if I could! I went to 2k today for the first time. I am new to the area and absolutely loved my old nail salon in New York, so I'm a little picky when choosing a new nail place. I did some research before going to 2k. Upon entering, the owner greeted me with a smile and I was seated quickly. There are lots of colors to choose from (I get gels done). The place is extremely clean, moderately priced. I paid the same at my old place for gel nails and a pedi- $25 each, so not bad. The only issues, or differences I should say from what I'm used to, is the pedi is very basic. No leg massage, no hot stone, or parrafin for your heels. I guess this is the "spa pedi" package for $5 more... no massage while getting manicure either (which I had grown accustom to-so I'm spoiled I guess...). I had a man do my nails. He was very rough with the buffing and filing... next time I will ask for a woman, and not have my nails buffed so hard after a soak because they were extremely weak before the gel, and that's never ever happened to me before and I've been getting gels done for years now. Overall was good, and I would be open to trying them out again. read more

Don't waste your money here. I got a gel manicure that was an absolute mess. The polish has cracked, and the gel was uneven and pooled at the bottom of the nail. I got glitter on one nail on each hand- it was the wrong color glitter, one hand had way more than the other, and again it pooled to one side of the nail. I ended up painting over it once I got home. The woman was extremely rude to top it all off. I've never written a Yelp review for anywhere before, but I needed to voice my frustration with this salon so that others don't have the same experience. read more

When she was using the drill to remove my gel from my toes she keep cutting the side of my toes. When she was done with the pedicure a different person came and painted my toes. I think his name is Jake. He was the one that did my nails. He has done them a few times and I was happy with them. Today he was very rough with my nails. When using the file he keep hitting the sides if my finger and it made me pull my hand back. Not happy with the way my nails came out and my heals are still rough after getting the pedicure. The first time I went here I was very happy with my dip manicure, it lasted over a month looking nice. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. After my second visit, I will not be going back. I'm not sure what he did wrong or differently (I'm pretty sure it was the same tech), but the bottom edges were very rough and high off my nails (my hair kept getting caught underneath my nails in the shower). Then 2 of the nails my polish simply popped off after just over a week in a solid piece. In addition I picked a fingernail dip color and was told they would put a matching regular polish on my toes. They are NOT the same color, luckily my fingers and toes aren't right next to each other often... The pedicure I had was fine but nothing amazing. Plus they came over and started filing/buffing my fingers while I was having my pedicure so it was hard to really enjoy it. I guess if speed is what you're looking for that would be a plus but it wasn't for me. read more

Have been getting gel done for a while at a place in Jersey.. I don't know what I've been getting but it peels and chips and lifts so easily... I went here to get a gel manicure while I was down here and it's been a week and a half and they still haven't chipped or scratched in the slightest.. they feel like REAL nails she didn't put a thick gel layer to make them feel artificial and by far the best gel nails I've gotten. She also did a beautiful ombré sunset color on them and is very talented with designs. I had my boyfriend get a pedicure and callus peel while he waited and i am going for one ASAP because she did a flawless job. A little deep in some spots but they look amazing !!! Was thinking of moving to the area and this will for sure be my go to nail place! And very affordable ! She does a great job for great price! read more

They do good acrylic, but no one can paint nails in there. Service is fast, but done poorly. Had at least 3 different staff members paint my nails and they came out terrible everytime. Not sure if they use watered down polish or they don't care enough to take the time out on detailing. read more
