I had my nails done at VN nails and although their cocktails are delicious, my nail tech cut me four times while trimming my cuticles. I was bleeding and she proceeded to polish my nails anyway. I asked her a few times, "Shouldn't you put something on the cuts to stop the bleeding and disinfected them so I don't get an infection?" She replied no it's ok then she continued to polish my nails. She was dipping the bloody contaminated brush into the nail polish bottle. I got up and I went to go see who I believe is the owner of the shop and she also said our tools are clean. You don't have to worry about an infection and she put some liquid on my cuts and say you OK This is NOT OK. I will never go back. read more

Love, love, love this place!! You walk in and check in on a little tablet. Walk-in's welcome! From there you are asked if you would like something to drink. Say yes!! And they have a bar, a great bar menu and you get 2 drinks complimentary per visit! The bartender was on point! My husband got the lychee and I got the espresso martini! Both were superb!! We both got the Happy Feet pedicures and I added the gel polish. Wonderful experience, great drinks, excellent pedicures! We will be back and I will bring anyone who visits here! This place is amazing. I recently moved out in Fort Myers and was trying to find a new nail salon. This is the 3rd place I've been too and drove a bit further for this one since it was so highly rated. The 2nd place I went to was HORRIFIC so I had low hopes. I had Harry and let me tell you, he was AMAZING. I don't know if he has OCD or is just incredible at his job but this is the cleanest set I've gotten in a long time. I was expecting to pay big bucks for this quality but it was cheaper than any place I've been too. Worth the further drive to go here, this is definitely my new spot. read more

Absolutely the best place around! Been going here for years. Here's the thing, I think when your with a tech for a long time they tend to get complacent so I switched to another tech who had a good review HARRY. Well to start his personality is worse than a wet rag. Second I have a disability where I'm very stiff and riddled with arthritis. He started taking off my dip manicure and my nails were burning and I said it's getting too hot. Didn't say a word just looked irritated. Then he kept grabbing my hand and pressing down on it to make me relax. (I can't and it's not my choice) he was very irritated! he kept adjusting the pad and moving me around. I would never go back to him. Thank god I love this salon and there are many many other techs available. read more
