Jack for sure like the other reviews mentioned is straight to the point and even offered a couple of pointers in the right direction to help fix my issues. Laughed about the brand Seasquirt/Seastrike which he mentioned he used to sell. Thought this was a good sign but not really. Ultimately I was told that he won't work with any engines older than 2005. At that point I even mentioned I wouldn't even mind dishing out some cash to get it fixed and that I think it might be the fuel pump or power pack. But felt very discouraged with my old junker. It was almost insinuated to go get something newer (wish I had the luxury). Would have loved to give Jack and team a try but they won't work on my piece of junk which I love to pieces and gets me on the water however it can. He mentioned to try another neighboring shop. I guess if your engine is 2005 or older don't try this shop and go to superior outboard services.

It could be as simple as a loose connection or as expensive as replacing the board. A couple of days later, I received a call from Tonny. He advised the issue was caused by a loose connection and my motor was ready. He replaced a few cosmetic parts and charged me for one hour labor. I was amazed by Tonny 's honesty and professionalism. They were outstanding. I had a major sprinkler rezone, repair and re-design project. I found them…read moreto be responsive, professional and well articulate. They had to get extra equipment, used it when they had to and completed the project. I have a large yard for Miami standards with 3 zones. One zone had to be redone because of a new driveway recently completed. The other 2 had not as much work to be done but, there was a burst pipe under part of my pool pumps, requiring substantial maneuvering. They were able to 1) fix the broken pipe under a larger concrete slab, requiring substantial maneuvering-route the zone and re-balanced and re-directed the new sprinklers so they no longer were hitting buildings and other obstacles in the yard. Overall, I was very impressed with their agility in changing the scope of the project and still completed the project in time for a party that I was having on a Saturday night. I was very impressed with the quality of their work, the flexibility in the their performance and value received.
