On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. The service here is quiet and great when you do need assistance. They greet you as you walk into the store. They let you shop in confidence and don't follow you around while you are shopping. They even have some seats in there if you are a guardian or parent of a child to sit and wait for them. Since I am a male, I just stood outside the dressing room and my sister-n-law would show me what her outfits looked like as my daughter tried each one on. Clothing: So many options, colors and styles of Indian outfits ranging from casualwear to bridal that you can truly get for any occasion. Outfits are priced extremely reasonably as well. They have lehengas, anarkali suits, gowns, designer-wear, shervanis, kurtas, salwars among others. The colors and patterns also range from bright and summery to darker and more elegant. Service: The service is absolutely wonderful - my mom heard about the owner, Mina, from several community events and her husband Jimmy was there on multiple occasions when we went to try things on. Some of the stores in the mall are decent, there's Hollister, Pacsun, Aeropostale, Journey's, American Eagle, Pink, ect. (which are the ones I normally visit). There are some stores on the other hand that aren't great and to be honest most of the stores are pretty underwhelming. I would say most of the people working here are nice and chill but aren't interested in small talk (I can't blame them they're just there to do their job). The food is fine, I normally never get the food though because I don't really trust mall food if I'm being real. If you come here to have fun, I'm sure you'll find somewhere even though the mall is pretty boring. You'll see in the photos I put that there escalators are broken and they have been broken for months "temporarily" out of order? More like permanently out of order. Honestly my favorite part of the mall has to be the AMC movie theater the food is overpriced but I will say the theater is clean, has a good selection of movies, and is comfortable.
