Then they said the printer was broken and *maybe* I could try again in two weeks before my return window closes. That made no sense, especially since I had the physical receipt in hand, but they kept blaming me for not giving them my email and rolling their eyes. On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent.

I walk in and I see one of the employees going through bag #7 which was weird because my bag was #6 and i hadn't been called. Some of the stores in the mall are decent, there's Hollister, Pacsun, Aeropostale, Journey's, American Eagle, Pink, ect. (which are the ones I normally visit). There are some stores on the other hand that aren't great and to be honest most of the stores are pretty underwhelming. I would say most of the people working here are nice and chill but aren't interested in small talk (I can't blame them they're just there to do their job). The food is fine, I normally never get the food though because I don't really trust mall food if I'm being real. If you come here to have fun, I'm sure you'll find somewhere even though the mall is pretty boring. You'll see in the photos I put that there escalators are broken and they have been broken for months "temporarily" out of order? More like permanently out of order. Honestly my favorite part of the mall has to be the AMC movie theater the food is overpriced but I will say the theater is clean, has a good selection of movies, and is comfortable. I also got really sad when they removed the Starbucks from the mall! It was my favorite. If you want a better, bigger mall to go to, I would go to Barton Creek Mall.
