Had a really disappointing experience at this location. I bought something and realized I didn't want it moments later due to the quality being poor, but when I went back to return it with my receipt, they told me I couldn't because I didn't give them my email at checkout. Then they said the printer was broken and *maybe* I could try again in two weeks before my return window closes. That made no sense, especially since I had the physical receipt in hand, but they kept blaming me for not giving them my email and rolling their eyes. On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent. read more

I came here with my daughter shopping for a dress last minute... She requested I bring her tia (aunt/my sister-n-law) since my wife had to work on the day we came. The service here is quiet and great when you do need assistance. They greet you as you walk into the store. They let you shop in confidence and don't follow you around while you are shopping. They have a great selection to choose from. It all depends on your choice, occasion, and fashion. They do limit the amount of garments you are able to try on in their fitting rooms. They even have some seats in there if you are a guardian or parent of a child to sit and wait for them. Since I am a male, I just stood outside the dressing room and my sister-n-law would show me what her outfits looked like as my daughter tried each one on. Quite honestly, I was impressed with my daughter's shopping skills. We were in and out of this store in less than an hour. LOL At the end, when my daughter was ready, I was shocked at the value of clothing we bought. We only spent $68, I was expecting to spend at least $100 or more. CECE the younger black woman was extremely rude and refused to give me my original receipt back after we had completed a refund. I still had other items on my receipt but she told me she wasn't allowed to give it back. She gave me a huge attitude and started cussing at me and yelling In front of customers. I DID get my receipt back by the way after she complained about it. !! Asking me " what you gonna do about it " I'm NOT fighting over a damn receipt ! She needs to be fired. read more

The Windsor changing, and this is what they're changing to apparently. This Windsor store is located in the awesome old school and popular Mall up at Cedar Park in the Northwest suburbs of Austin called the Lakeline Mall. We wandered this mall for 4 hours and went in half the stores and this was one of them. We spent about 5 or 10 minutes in here and Barbie found a few things she liked. Pretty disappointed today. I've shopped here before and have continued to go back because I love the clothes however after the way my mom was treated here today I will not be returning. We were shopping for her dress for my upcoming wedding today but I wanted to run into Windsor to shop for my bachelorette outfit real quick. I was in the fitting room and asked her to grab me a different size and when she brought it to me one of the girls said "you need to get out of here". While my mom stood at the entrance of the fitting rooms waiting for me (I wanted her opinions on my outfits) she watched a young man go in and out of another girls fitting room as well as I watched 2 girls leave another fitting room, all right in front of the same employee who got on to my mom. Completely ruined the mood for us and I will gladly take my money elsewhere where they treat all their guests the same. read more

I was in there to return some shoes the other day and this lady named Paula helped me return them easily as well as find a dress for my birthday. She was very polite and made me feel welcomed in the store. I am so glad I came in that day. I was upset about my dog passing away that day and she just lit up the room and made me, for a split second, forget just how sad I was. We need more people like Paula in the world. She deserves everything and more. And a big raise too! read more

Worst place ever! They're credit card machine is ALWAYS "down" or "having issues" but they have no problem charging your card multiple times then stating your card was declined. But guess what?! I have 3 charges and I didn't leave with my merchandise AND nobody answers the phone. My bank will place this as fraudulent but now, I have to pay extra just for their incompetence. read more

Went shopping for date night and just walked up on this place. I didn't even know it existed, as I was walking to another clothing store. Already had my outfit picked out from elsewhere until they didn't have it in stock. I was frantically wanting the perfect outfit, and am glad that I just happened to walk in. Great job with your window displays, that's what drew me in.... I was looking for a beautiful look as I was doing a complete renovation of myself. DANIELLE was absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely helpful, patient, and enthusiastic about helping me pick out the perfect outfit. She kept bringing me outfits, even ones that were outside of what I was looking for. Store #174 - Took a teenager for homecoming dress. It is not very often anymore to find a very honest sales associate; HANA not only took care of us as if we were the only customer in the store, (but we were not, she handled a few customers at a time, making everyone feel important), but she was super honest!!!! If a dress didn't look nice, she didn't just try to sell for the sack of selling, she went out of her way to find other options, asking (not pushing it on us) if we also needed shoes and jewelry and brought a very nice and tasteful collection. I have never been in this store before, but because of Hana, we are sure to come back! read more

I've been shopping here quite often and I always go to a young lady dymond for help with outfits. She is so kind and so stylish. She helps me, my daughter, my friends and she dresses us so well for each of our personal style and body types. I love that she takes the time to pick out shoes and accessories for us and have us walk the runway in the changing room to really showcase our outfits. I don't stop often but I frequently come in because shopping with her is so fun . All of the ladies in this store are so helpful and sweet but dymond is amazing ! I wish she worked in all the stores I stop at! I would 100% recommend this store read more

Worst customer service! I wasn't greeting when I walked in or asked if I needed help. I asked the 3 girls standing at the register if I could get a fitting room. I then proceeded to follow one girl to the fitting room. She took the number off the door and started to fix clothes at the bar that had clothes hanging from it. Didn't say a word to me. I was still standing there. I asked if the fitting room was for me. She dryly said "yeah you can go in". After that I left. Two days later I went in with my husband. Exact same service. No smiles from the employees asking if I was finding everything o.k or even help at the fitting room this time. read more
