This place is a very good consignment store with a great variety of mens and women's clothes. Shoes accessories bags. And jewelry. They buy and sell pieces in great shape and of all brands and designer names.

Overpaid, satisfaction not guaranteed

I waited 2 hrs just for someone to offer me $4 for my clothes. I personally would never sell or shop here ever again. Rip off.

"Too poor to afford cheap things." Have you heard that one? It's attributed to working fishermen…read morearound the Mediterranean, regarding their tools and clothing, and is known as the "boots theory" of socioeconomics: if you buy good boots instead of cheapies, you'll actually spend less money over time. Plus your feet will stay warm and dry. Bonus: you'll look sharp, too. I'm still wearing flannels, hoodies, jackets, and jeans that I bought from this shop since it opened in 2012. They don't look as good as when I bought them... THEY LOOK BETTER. Worried it's pretentious? I've found it to be the friendliest, realest, most helpful, most easygoing brick-and-mortar shopping experience I've had in the Bay Area. I usually come in on my way home from the gym, wearing ratty athleisure, from brands they don't carry, and I've never caught an ounce of vibe. Most of the staff have been here for years; that says something too. Old-world ethos, old-school service. We're lucky that businesses like this one -- and the craftspeople whose goods they stock -- still exist. Wishing this fine enterprise many more years.

We had 25 minutes to find a shirt for a 6'5" man. We couldn't get through on the phone but we drove there and they helped him immediately. He measured and paid - in and out within 10 minutes. We were able to make it back to our Airbnb, iron the shirt, and get him to the venue ON TIME!

Then more people came in and were helped, so we waited. And more, so we waited. When we asked how much longer it would be until we were helped, we were given a seat at a table to review suit/tuxedo offerings. Another customer tried to speak up for us and let her know we were waiting. More people came in and were helped, and we waited. We asked a couple more times when we would be helped. After an hour of waiting, we left. I think I counted 15 groups that came in while we waited - all young women getting alterations done and one young man ordering accessories. My son uses a wheelchair and we were there to rent a full tux. I don't know why we weren't helped, but it's hard not to believe the neglect was due to his multiple disabilities. This was a very disappointing and disheartening experience. I'm glad so many people have had great experiences, but if you're disabled I would recommend going somewhere else. And maybe if you're able-bodied, please consider supporting other businesses that don't discriminate. The owner did allow my son to use the bathroom while we waited, which we really appreciated. Outside of that, it was a pretty bad experience.
