They come once per week during the summer and every other week in the winter. Any time they have been on vacation or unable to come they have let us know and made arrangements. Other times when we had requested a different day for cleaning. (because we were having several people over during the weekend) they have fit us in. Always willing to accommodate. If we are running low on chemicals, they let me know so I can order and have sent to the house. If we are out , they pull from their on-truck stash and take care of it, and bill us - reasonable amounts! The water in our pool is ALWAYS crystal clear and pretty. No easy task for a 30 year-old guinite pool! These are trustworthy folks who have bee doing it for years. They know their stuff.

He no showed on Friday but promised Saturday morning. He never showed up Saturday and stopped answering texts. It is now Thursday and he hasn't offered an explanation. I've had to contact another company and they told me they deal with unhappy customers of Marquis' all the time. Accountability and punctuality are certainly not his strong suit. If he gives you a low price it's because he's cutting corners. He is well known for it by other companies in this area who have to fix his mess.

They make me feel at ease with maintaining a beautiful clear pool! I also feel that they are just honest trustworthy people. For me, they provide on-site water testing and then add the chemicals into the pool as needed, all in the same visit. I have ordered cleaning supplies such as pool nets and poles; they sell such quality products. The pool cleanings by Bryan are always exceptional; it's such a treat to me to have him clean my pool. I recommend them to others as often as I can. We will be sadly moving this summer and I will be providing all of their contact information to the new owners!

While here I told him we would need service weekly, the old owners did bi-weekly, I also told the lady on the phone. Apparently, no one remembered and they didn't show up twice, when I called and asked why they didn't she stated they didn't know I wanted weekly and they would try to come out the next day. I asked her to call me to clarify if they could make it, she asked why she would have call since she said tomorrow. Well, they didn't show. Instead of calling again, my husband fired them and called another company. The only reason I gave two stars is the guys themselves are great and they really know their stuff.
