Reminded me of my grandma. The pork however was overly cooked and too hard to eat, it was seasoned good though! Pastelito de Pollo Con Verduras (Chicken and Vegetable Empanada) 10/10 - So flavorful and packed with chicken and veggies! Platanos Fritos (Plantains) 10/10 - Sweet plantains, mmm mm mmm with a touch of salt! All I needed was a nice cold malta! Pupusas de Pollo Con Queso (Chicken and Cheese Pupusas) 0/10 - I was very sad to receive cheese only pupusas. No chicken at all, so unfortunately I didn't get to taste the chicken and cheese pupusas. I would assume they were great though because everything else was amazing! Curtido & Salvadorean Salsa (Cabbage mix & red tomato salsa) 9/10 - salsa was fire! Curtido was okay. I definitely recommend this place! The owner reached out to me and thanked me for my review, I love to see business who are active with their customers. Door dashed an order and it arrived pretty fast, I did think they make the popusas from scratch. The popusas are good they could use a little more seasoning. The tamales de elote are amazing will definitely order those again! read more

Wow, how delicious! We ordered through doordash so I can't speak for the service, but you can tell the food was made with care. I ordered a two papusa plate and added on plantains for an additional charge. Man, this satisfied my craving for some papusas. I hate when the masa is too dry with papusas and this place was perfect. Loved the curtido especially on it. I have to mention the rice, very simple looking but flavorful, I didn't expect to add it onto the review, but it was just that good. My fiance got the chicken pastelitos and said they were yummy! hands down best pupusas in stockton; so glad my regular spot was out for the day, made me look for another place and it was here. Ordered revueltas, queso con loroco and solo chicharrón and all were delicious. very fast too done in 15 minutes, just make sure you get there timely to find a parking spot as it's always very busy. read more

First time papusa eater here. Stopped on the side of the road and found this gem! The gentleman taking our order was extremely kind, attentive, knowledgeable and hospitable. The food was prepared quickly and was incredibly delicious! My favorites were the bean and cheese papusa, the jalapeno and cheese papusa and the chicken and veggie pastelito.
