In our case, he said addressing indoor temperature and humidity issues with an HVAC company should take care of the problem. Any home construction/repair company that openly shares all information with a potential customer--especially when it prevents an immediate sale on the work--automatically earns my trust. The willingness to put a homeowner's best interests above their own shows that they're invested in maintaining their good reputation.
