I'm trying to expand my Ocean City pizza options. I have to say I was truly torn on this slice. In a lot of ways I liked it. It tasted decent. The sauce flavor was nice and sweet with a little savory to it. There's nothing wrong with it. But at the same time it is very inconsistent throughout. The sauce is spotty. Some bites had the flavor and others didn't. It's almost like they concentrate on the slice being too big instead of evenly flavored. And nothing about the flavor when it hits made me think that I would crave this over other choices when I come back here. I'm sure other slices here are better with different toppings. But I judge the merits of a pizza place on whether they can wow me on the basics. Maybe they still can if they make their pies consistently, which is always a problem on the boardwalk. read more

The Good: Ginormous pizza for a great price! Easily feeds a family of 6 and each slice can be cut in half for a normal slice. Fresh and delish! Seating for several families was available and that made life much easier when trying to feed kids. The bad: it's pretty hectic as expected , this makes getting your order a hassle. They call a name but you can barely hear it over the ruckus. The ugly: we didn't receive our entire order and had to keep going back to the counter over and over to collect missing food items. But that was resolved... eventually. Overall, this place is great for families and kids. Its noisy and crowded as expected but the food is good and portions are great. We'll come back at some point and give it another try by buying a full pie, but at $40 per pie that might be a tough ask -- we'll see. On the boardwalk it's one fo the few places with outdoor seating. We walked up but all the outdoor tables were taken. A person behind the counter told us to go ahead and find a table inside. Inside was a row of booths that sat about 4 people comfortably, little people you could have more. They had a lot of stuff under the tables (bottles of water/boxes etc.) My friend did not notice this but I'm taller and found it slightly annoying. Our server came right away and asked us what we wanted, we started with the $1 water (which was just from the fountain over a $3 bottle of water). We ended up getting one pepperoni slice and one margherita slice. The slices are huge (see picture). So let's get into the taste. The pepperoni had a robust flavor and a perfect portion of cheese, sauce, meat ratio. The margherita was fresh and balanced as well. The best part was the crust, it was cooked to perfection, it was sweet and salty, it tasted so good it didn't need sauce! This Jersey Girls says this pizza is the truth and its mostly due to the amazing crust and fresh toppings. Don't pass this gem! read more

Yes, the pizza slices are huge. Wanted to order a 16" pie, but, alas, they advised that we could only order the 26". We got a white pie with broccoli and ricotta. It came to $35 and change. Walked to our beach spot right off of 11th & the boardwalk and it was no longer hot. The pizza itself had a great crust, but, to us, it lacked some garlic or something to amplify the flavor, and the broccoli appeared to be the frozen kind. One slice of this pizza is really filling so unlikely you need two, especially if you get some cheese fries to share. I ordered buffalo chicken, and my lady got the broccoli and ricotta. We sliced them in half and shared, and the broccoli/ricotta slice was clearly the star of the show. Great flavor and a ton of ricotta to boot. The buffalo chicken was kind of a let down as the flavor just wasn't really there...could have been the hot sauce wasn't flavorful or maybe it sat a bit too long before it got to me. It was served with a side of blue cheese or ranch which was a nice touch. Nice thin crust with a good chew on both slices. Cheese fries were also hot and crispy when served.
