Our consultant Faustina was incredible. She showed up on time and I feel like within 5 minutes she was friends with the whole family, seriously... we all just hit it off. After some banter and chatting we got down to business. Within an hour we had windows measured and a very clear path for what we wanted to install. We ended up going with the motorized blinds and we absolutely love them. Installation was a breeze. Everything fits snug and perfectly. We've integrated them with our smart home (Apple HomeKit) and it works great. Faustina followed up to ensure we had a good installation and we informed her they had only left one remote (we were supposed to have two) and she called to tell us how to fix it, followed up yet again to make sure we heard back, and informed us an extra remote was on the way. You can tell she really cares and honestly that made the entire experience even better and more memorable than a business transactions. Think twice before buying from 3-day blinds. The quality of their blinds is horrible. In January 2021 I ordered 7 window blinds and 1 vertical door blind. Every single blind has yellowed, just past the five-year limited warranty. I opened up a case with them for a manufacturing defect and just received the following response after several weeks, "Upon further review, unfortunately we will be unable to approve your remake/repair request at this time. Our production team has confirmed that your concern is not a manufacturers defect so we are unable to replace them under warranty. If you would like to repurchase the shades, please contact our Sales team at ..." Obviously, I would never repurchase anything from them, but really, EVERY blind yellowed and they don't consider that a manufacturing defect?!? Shop elsewhere. read more

I would give Three Day Blinds zero stars if I could. My blinds have been broken for over five months, and despite being under warranty and only about 15 months old, they still have not been replaced. Multiple technicians have come out to attempt repairs, but the service has been extremely disappointing. The last two appointments were a complete waste of my time. The technicians arrived only to tell me they did not have the correct parts and then left without fixing anything. There appears to be a serious lack of communication and preparation between the company and its service department. I have spent months waiting for a resolution while dealing with repeated delays, missed expectations, and broken blinds in my home. For the amount of money customers pay for custom window treatments, this level of service is unacceptable. The product failed far sooner than it should have, and the warranty process has been frustrating and ineffective. I cannot recommend Three Day Blinds based on my experience. read more

I had a positive experience with 3 Day Blinds. I was hesitant to have any blinds at all until I met Faustina. She patiently walked me through the full product line, categories (light filtering, light blocking, room darkening), mounting types etc. It was a like a crash course in shades and blinds over multiple hours. She helped me pick the right choices based on the functionality of each room. In the end, I think we made far better choices than I would alone for my house. Very professional, friendly and considerate. Right from the start when my outside sales and professional designer Faustina came and went over both the rooms I wanted new blinds for. She started right in and looked over my old ones and took me through the entire process from showing me samples of the blinds and materials available to customize them with different textures and colors and even colored materials.What really helped was all the suggestions based on my furniture, wall color and the backyard that would highlight the blinds as well.It was a breeze to find the exact ones I wanted. Ray showed up with the new blinds and went right to work. He obviously had done this many times over and had the new blinds installed very neatly looked great. He even took my old blinds and tracks away and left the rooms looking fantastic. Finished by calling me in and went through the different ways of how to open and close them using a wand that was attached that I hadn't used before but he explained how they work and went through all the different ways to open, close and rotate them to let different amounts of light in. What a great pair Faustina and Ray were to make my rooms looking more fantastic than I could of ever imagined. Worse experience ever. They didn't finish the job. The tech couldn't fit a couple of parts and said he needed to cut them and that he'll be back next day, it has been more than a week and he is not coming nor answering my many calls. They also misspelled my name on the receipt, I called a week ago and asked for a new corrected receipt, they said they'll send one but never did. When my wife and I moved into our new house. Six years ago we were overwhelmed with all of the things to do and decided to splurge on custom blinds so that we wouldn't have to take the time to measure and install our own. I also convinced myself that spending three to $800 per blind was worth it because if they ever broke Three Day Blinds would be able to fix them and have all the right parts that was wrong. If you were thinking about installing these blinds, realize that, if any of your slats ever break, they will not attempt to fix it because they can't get the holes drilled and exactly in the right place. You will need to order a whole new set. When something as simple as the twist open and clothes of our living room blind snapped, it took many emails and many phone calls to get the part ordered. It cost between 95 and $105 for someone to show up to your house to fix the blinds, but I'm glad that I ordered this third-party Contractor because Three Day Blinds sent him. The part for blinds made in the last five years. That is not compatible with our six year-old blinds. Luckily, he had an extra of the part that we needed in his van and installed it easily. If I had ordered this part and attempted to install it myself. I would not have understood why it wasn't working and probably would've spent hours on it. Unless you have Old or odd shaped windows you are much better off going and getting some high-end level or blinds for a quarter of the Price at Lowe's, which is what I will be doing after we finish the remodel of our house. read more

I received a message the next day that the Design Consultant was on her way & not 5 minutes later I got a call from Faustina that she was 10 minutes away. Faustina was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very helpful with me getting exactly what I wanted by showing different styles & colors. She measured & then explained what to expect next. The next day a tech came out and remeasured to be positive my order would be correct. Bad customer service and one of the worst experiences ever. * The name "3 Day Blinds" itself feels misleading based on our experience. * We called them, and an agent came to take measurements. * After that, everything was handled only through email and contract paperwork. * There was no second visit. * No physical samples were provided. * No proper color photos were shared by email, mail, or in person. * The agent showed us one random photo, which we liked and believed matched the color we had selected. * However, when the blinds were installed, the color was completely different from what we expected. * Customer service after installation has been very poor. * Instead of helping us resolve the issue, they have been unhelpful and dismissive. * I understand the order may be tied to the contract, but the process itself was unclear and unprofessional. * The quality was also not great. * The DESIGNER AND THE INSTALLER did a poor job guiding us through the selection process. Despite cancellation promptly , my credit card was charged $309.22 on March 2,2026 more than two months later.Charges appearing after a cancellation raise serious concerns about billing practices. I recently purchased a house and needed blinds since they didn't come with the home. I was referred to Faustina Nguyen from a good friend of mine who also personally purchased from 3 Day Blinds. It was such an easy and smooth experience working with Faustina and the company! She came to my home to do rough estimates and walked me through what my options were and her recommendations. With this being both my first home purchase as well as purchasing blinds, her throughly going through everything was very helpful. She gave the quote and placed the order the same day and also had temp blinds be delivered ASAP (it was a very awkward experience living with no window coverage lol) She also checked up on me to make sure everything was smooth sailing. One day before the repair person was to fix the two broken blinds, FOUR more blinds failed! This is not accidental, this is incredibly shoddy design and construction. Are they knowingly (has to be knowingly) selling crappy product to force us to have their repairs made at our cost? What happens after the 5 year warranty? We will be forced into purchasing new products from someone else. Who would ever go back to such poor workmanship. Also the response I received from 3 Day regarding my review was to contact their repair department. They receive so many complaints they don't have anything but a canned response. I am happy with the product. (interior horizontal blinds covering my sliding door. approximately 12ft wide by 10 feet high, with manual operation). The blinds look fine and worked ok. After 4 years the wand which opens and closes the blinds became difficult to work and felt as if the blind might snap. I called for service. That is the process I am writing about. I was told the parts would be covered under warranty but there would be a $94 for the installer to come out. I'm ok with that as well although there is no information in the contract letting the buyer know about that. Still ok with that however what I am not happy about is that the $94 is required at the time you call for the service BEFORE there is a date for the repair. I have to wait for the repair company (a contracted company) to call me (' in a few days ') to set up a repair date while they have my money. We'll see how that goes. Very unhappy with this company. First of all they only consider 3 days if you want to pay more. Just had reconstruction from major water damage. Needed window treatments FAST and had never purchased this kind before. I was sold a HORIZONTAL honeycomb shade for my patio door. I had no idea - and wasn't told - there was an option for vertical until I saw one at a neighbors home! now to open my patio door I have to pull the entire shade up. 3 windows in LR - same thing. one shade ACROSS ALL 3 instead of 3 shades so that I could have one open and have some privacy - so I am in a fishbowl in both areas and it cost me thousands so am stuck after what I went through from the water damage I didn't need this . Blinds lost connection to remote. Am now discovering that the utter moron that designed these (honeycomb cell) shades made it so that you have to remove the end cap on the motor housing and then use a paperclip to poke a button hidden in the interior just to get them in pairing mode. This requires complete removal of the shade when it is installed recessed into the window frame (which would be the normal way to install these). And mine are five skylights. The switch should be externally accessible regardless of mounting configuration. This is ridiculous. read more

I am upset and feel that my concerns about the shutters are being ignored. I have tried to be understanding regarding the shutters that are not working for me, as I can't keep them open without issues arising. These issues are already happening. The shutters have been installed for only a week, and the gap keeps getting worse. Another issue is that the designer ignores my dissatisfaction. I tried calling to ask her to come back so I could choose an alternative, but she told me she couldn't help and directed me to the corporate office. I reached out to the corporate office as instructed, but a week later, I am still waiting for a resolution. Today, I noticed I was charged the balance for the job without my authorization. This is unacceptable. I feel ignored and taken advantage of. While I acknowledge that I chose these shutters and don't expect the company to absorb the total cost, being ignored, not followed up with, and having money taken without authorization is unprofessional and unacceptable. I advise against getting shutters for large windows. I am still willing to work with this company, but I am losing faith due to their lack of follow-up and premature billing. I believe they have a good product, but their communication and customer service are severely lacking. Ryan, who I was told is a lead, apparently didn't see the problem. Ryan, why don't you call ME instead of guessing? Have a conversation with your customer! The one star is for the lack of communication and poor customer service.
