After having a couple different quotes from other businesses on Yelp, I decided to move forward with ABlinds because their cost was the most affordable and they had a nice range fabric material and quality. The linear blinds are made in Korea and are super simple to maintain. They also have lifetime warranty so if there are any issues, you can also reach out. We decided to move forward with the Alps Sheer for the living area and Crystal for the bedrooms. The Crystal blinds have double layers are a bit thicker than the Alps so it allowed it to be extra room darkening. Andy was extremely friendly and also helped us uninstall and dispose of our old blinds. (Some of the other businesses we talked to told us we would need to dispose of it ourselves.) We had our blinds installed today by Andy from A Blinds and we couldn't be happier. We had gotten a few different quotes, and A Blinds had the best price for quality! Their selection is also comparable to all the other big names out there! We paid a $50 deposit with Home Depot, but still went with A Blinds! Andy made an initial visit to do all the measurements and show us all the samples. Within 1.5 weeks, we had our blinds ordered, custom made, and installed! The product and brand is from Korea and they have a factory in LA. The great thing is he also doesn't try to up sell you. I decided to remodel my 1983 Shea home and make it real snappy. I replaced all windows and doors with nice looking fiberglass double-panes. I had 2" wood blinds in the house forever, so decided to change up to a modern look. I do research when I'm buying something. I found A Blinds online and liked their Elwin blinds. As promised, Andy came back two weeks later for the install which took about 45 min. We had two large windows and a double patio door that needed new blinds in our main living area. We wanted something that looked similar to our Hunter Douglas Silhouette styled blinds. We went with the ALPS collection and are very satisfied with the clean look, price point, and lifetime warranty. Just FYI, you will want to consider how much natural light you are receiving when deciding on the type of window treatment you are looking for. The area we replaced faces more North, so less light during the day. We realized that even with our shades on the "open" setting, we weren't getting enough light, so we tend to keep it in the rolled up position during the day if we are home.
