They have an amazing "No Questions Asked" replacement policy (within 5 years) and they will replace it for free (you pay installation). It is an incredible deal. I dealt with Mari in the SB office and she is amazing! She got back to me right away, figured out that I should have the one next to the original blind replaced as well (for the same price) and kept me up to date on shipping speed etc. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Then they brought them back. Eventually they started to come apart due to dry rot. Over the years painters had tried to save them. I have replaced several of the worst sets via a company back East. Hallmark did take one of my shutters to repair at my expense but I can't get them to return it. They have had it for almost 5 months! When I call they just say it will get done and they will let me know.
