They have an amazing "No Questions Asked" replacement policy (within 5 years) and they will replace it for free (you pay installation). It is an incredible deal. I dealt with Mari in the SB office and she is amazing! She got back to me right away, figured out that I should have the one next to the original blind replaced as well (for the same price) and kept me up to date on shipping speed etc. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I spent a LOT of time trying to talk to a human (which was difficult) to figure this out, and eventually (a week after the promised installation date) talked to someone who promised that a manager would call back within 48 hours. No one called. So I called again and was told that the order's due date was in 2 1/2 months!! So it went from six days to 2.5 months, and I only found this out by spending hours trying to get information. So frustrating, and so unprofessional. The only positive was that they agreed to cancel the order (after completely messing it up) and the refund went through relatively quickly.
