I purchased a 2022 Advanced EV Advent 2+2 with the New Lithium system, paid 12K for it, I have had nothing but problems with the battery it started only getting 20-21 miles per charge now its down to only 15 miles. I took it to 3Guys where they had it for a week to review the issue but no resolution. This Kart was promised to achieve 30-40 miles per charge which is what the manufacturer also states. I never got anywhere near that and now its even worst. 3Guys has offered no solution to this battery issue they won't return my calls or answer any of my e-mails. read more

SCAM! $600 golf cart roof was sold as universal. Two different golf cart companies said it wasn't. They said it only fits a Precedent. This seller has the exact same item up for sale that says only for a Precedent. They provided no hardware and no installation instructions and told me just to find out how to install it on the internet. Every video says Precedent only. Then they just disappeared. Their own return instructions say all products are golf cart model specific. So how can it be universal? Wanted to charge me return shipping and a 20% restocking fee for this scam. Everyone was very professional and extremely kind. We rented a golf cart and we were in the parking lot of the library and someone backed into us. Yes it was just a scratch but the owner at 3 guys was so nice about it. plus they had told us we could keep the golf cart until midnight! Excellent prices $45 a day! Bought an axle for over $400 from them for a golf cart. It was a challenge to install then it snapped in half within 6 months. They offered me a $50 discount if I bought a new one. I think if they offered nothing it would have been better. read more

Terrible rental experience! Do not use 3 guys! We have rented from 3 guys twice prior before this incident. The last time we rented they gave us a gas golf cart that required to to pump the clutch to really get it going. That didn't bother me and when I picked it up on the Friday it was fine. Then next day it was constantly stalling no matter how much we pumped the clutch and it stalled on us multiple times and even in the middle of an intersection with our child on it. We called someone at their store to come help us and no one ever did. Thankfully, we were stalled by golf rider on Huddleston and they were able to help us out. We had to have someone come and get the cart from us as we couldn't get it to work enough to Bring it back Sunday. I called to ask if we could get refunded or just have a free weekend with a cart that worked, as we were not able to enjoy our weekend like we had wanted to. The sweet women at the counter said that a free weekend would not be an issue. Fast forward to today. This last incident was in March. With having a 13 month old, traveling and bad weekend weather we weren't able to use our "free golf cart" until this weekend. I called and spoke to someone different than the lady that had worked at the front the last time. She said she would not be in the office the day I wanted to pick up the cart but that it was no issue, she would leave a note for whoever was in the next day and asked me to just call before I came in. I callled. A different women answered the phone and said there was no note and very rudely said "I don't even think we have anymore, let me send you to so and so". There was no answer and I was hung up on. I called back and a gentleman named Michael. Answered the phone. I proceeded to tell him what I was calling about and mentioned that the lady who has previously answered the phone was very rude. Keep in mind, every single interaction with every other employee until today has been nothing but pleasant and positive. He proceeds to Ask "do you want a gas or electric because I don't want to have this conversation again". I asked him if that's how he talked to his customers and how rude it was when all I was trying to do was trying to see if they had any carts available so I could come in and pick one up. He then proceeds to say "well you obviously think all of my employees are rude so let me just refund your card and you can go rent from somewhere else". The entire conversation was manipulated and completely unprofessional and I am highly unsatisfied with the owners behavior..... Michael, do better. read more

I have read the reviews and cannot understand the negative ratings for Customer Service. I bought a new Star from them in January 2016. Service has been amazing since day 1. Today I just did my second deal with them. If you are in the market for a golf cart or just need service on your existing cart, go to 3 Guys! Jake in Service is amazing and will bend over backwards for you. I dealt with Bob today on the deal we brokered and he was definitely customer focused. Everybody that I have dealt with at 3 Guys has been helpful, knowledgeable & considerate. They take great care of me every time! That's all I'm looking for. The work I've had done includes install of parts, including a power meter, testing and replacement of batteries, and finding me the accessories I need. One day I saw 3 Guys truck on the road and, while stopped at a red light, asked the driver, who appeared to be one of their mechanics, if it is difficult to rotate the tires on my cart. He said no and told me what to. I went home and did it myself in 25 minutes, saving me lots of money! read more

These 3 Guys lost a lifetime customer today. Very disappointed. Brought in my cart (which I bought brand new from them two years ago) for defective headlights and two broken nuts in front (our fault). Mind you this was the 4th or 5th time we had to bring it in for the same headlight issue. I have repeatedly asked that they figure out WHY important components of the headlights keep "melting" while it is still under warranty. There has to be an underlying reason that needs to be addressed! They are unmotivated to do so and one of the owners told me this time around, "I don't know what to tell you but we got them working again." I asked him to investigate further but he refused. He then told me that the headlights and nuts were under warranty at no charge, so my total would be $110. Since the cart is still under warranty I asked what the charge was for. He told me it was for labor to check my brakes! Um what?! When I dropped it off I asked if some minor squeaking might indicate a need for new brakes and the guy who checked me in said, "We'll check them for you." No mention that there would be a $100 charge for that; no call beforehand, nothing! (By the way my brakes were just fine.) They refused to knock off the charge and this man chastised me on the phone telling me that I "don't take care of [my] cart" and "abuse" it. We are a family of 8 so our cart gets a lot of use and my teens have dinged up the top and rear a bit, but we keep this thing in a garage and care for it just fine. And even if we didn't what business of it is his?? None of the dings would have affected the headlights! At this point I was done and hung up. The next day my husband called and the same guy (one of the 3 Guys) NOW said we owed $160 because he actually *wasn't* going to cover the nuts/bolts under warranty. Reeeally?? He then asked us to "meet in the middle." Apparently they aren't interested in repeat customers or doing good business. We shelled out $80 that should never have been charged in the first place. Do not purchase anything from 3 guys, they are crooks. We purchased a golf cart from them, have been through 2 sets of headlights in 6 months that cost $200 to replace. They will not replace them even though they put a defective product on the cart. On top of that, they have been extremely rude every time we have had to talk to them. In all fairness, I called and spoke to one of the 3 owners of 3 Guys Golf Carts in Peachtree City, GA about my experience below before publishing this review and while he offered an apology, he wasn't able to provide confidence that situations like this couldn't be prevented in the future (which I found unfortunate). In light of his predicament with other owners, I've decided to give 2 stars instead of 1, but will still not be able to utilize their services unless management changes take place. This review is based on my first and only experience with 3 Guys Golf Cart's Service Dept. They made mutually agreed upon repairs to the front suspension system of my 2002 Club Car golf cart to the tune of just over $600 in May of 2016. I picked up the golf cart on a Thursday evening. The following Tuesday after Memorial Day, I returned with my golf cart because two lock nuts had come off two bolts on the front suspension and two additional lock nuts were only finger tight. This is a rather large oversight that posed a very serious safety risk to me and my family. Knowing mistakes happen, I wasn't demanding money back or even accusing them of anything malicious, I simply wanted them to take ownership of the mistake and fix the golf cart they way it was originally intended to be fixed. Instead, however, I was shocked when I was met with a very flippant and dismissive attitude of how unlikely it would be for this to happen. Before evening looking at the golf cart John said there is no way the cart left his shop in this condition, that it's impossible because they use impact tools and there must be something else must be going on. I expressed that I was upset, but doing my best to keep it together and simply wanted the cart fixed properly. John spent about 5 minutes trying to explain to me how complicated the front suspension systems are on Club Car golf carts and that if even one piece is of whack, the whole thing can come apart. I disagreed and said I could understand if one nut had been missed accidentally by a tech, but four is a different story and unacceptable...especially after having only driven the golf cart less than 10 miles since the repair. After several minutes of continued discussion, John begrudgingly took the cart back in the shop, told me he would fix the cart and me call later that afternoon. He left a voice message mid-afternoon saying the cart was fixed and they would be delivering it to my home by the end of the business day. No apology, no sense of ownership...nothing. While I appreciate them fixing the cart, what I can't get over is how defensive John became right off the bat and even put me in a position of making me feel as if I had done something wrong. This is not the type of business relationship I want to be a pat of. There for, I will not be returning to 3 Guys Golf Carts and when asked for a recommendation, will simply offer up my experience so someone else can make an informed decision about doing business with them. read more

Very disappointed!!!!! Horrible customer service in the service department! We bought a brand new golf cart in June from them. This was fine, no problems. We had an older golf cart that we wanted to sell. The battery charger was working at the time, but the electric plug needed to be replaced. I brought this into the service department to be fixed. Now the charger will not work at all! When I spoke with Jake in the service department he assured me that it was working when I picked it up. This seems very strange? How does a charger quit working after not being used at all and being stored in a garage. I brought the charger back into the service department and now I'm told (after two weeks of it being there) that the control panel needs to be replaced, but actually it would just be better to buy a new charger. When I explained the entire situation to Jake he said that "I don't have a leg to stand on because I did not notify them immediately that the charger was not working after I picked it up from the plug replacement." I asked him to please speak with one of his Owners and see if they could help us with this situation, still waiting on his call...... (it has been one week) read more

We took our cart in for an enclosure. They had us initially come by for measurements and then later come back from installation. They said we were buying a "custom enclosure." When we got the cart back, I could not believe what they did. The enclosure was too short so what they did was totally take off the roof of the cart and move it forward about a foot so that the incorrectly measured enclosure they ordered would fit. We NEVER gave them the authority to move our roof (nor does it even make sense). Now our roof over hangs in the front by about a foot and all the cold air blows in and the overhang in the back is essentially gone because they shoved it so far forward it doesn't cover the back seat anymore and the enclosure hits the back of the seat. So if you sit in the back, you have to have the enclosure draped over your knees. Ridiculous. So, when Michael (one of the owners) delivered the cart, I complained how seriously messed up this job was and asked that he fix it. After a bunch of sketchy communications (phone/email), he essentially refused. I told him we would be seeing him in small claims court which we are in the process of filing. Still refused to fix. Unbelievable. I should have listened to my neighbor who warned me "not to deal with these 3 guys" as they tried to "mess" up his cart, too. Luckily he caught them before they started to hack on his cart. read more
