The time it takes to get the carts back is reasonable and usually quicker than I expect. I don't normally use the pick-up and delivery service but it's an option. They also sell and rent golf carts. I have only rented a couple of times. No problems! Fred is the owner. He's easy to talk to and always available if I need to talk with him. It may not be the flashiest show room in town but it's the one I recommend!

Fast forward two years...the bumpers have all gotten completely rusted out requiring extensive repair, the suspension is rusted and the overall quality is, in a word, disappointing. Called the shop to inquire and was told, "yeah, these can get rusted but just apply some paint and it should be good to go"...not a good answer to paying almost $12,000 for a golf cart...Have had to resort to some golf cart experts that have helped repair damage I should never had to deal with from the beginning...shame on you Big O's!!

I was told that the gas will allow me to circle around the city at least 3 times without running out of gas and the electric is not convenient due to lack of charging stations. So we decided to go gas, but when I tell you the golf cart went about 2 miles per hour (even when I pressed the petal to the metal) it was so frustrating. Experience: The experience of driving through the woods, lakes, and landmarks was neat, but the golf cart sucked! Price: Rip off considering the look of and speed of the golf cart.
