A few days after purchase my turn signals weren't canceling after a turn, my horn was intermittent, and I was given the wrong enclosure. So I called anticipating the worst, you know stall, stall , stall, and the usual not their fault. Well I extremely surprised.by some of the best customer service I've ever had. And I know customer service, because I owned service company for over 20 years. Our motto was to give a customer a reason to come back to my company. Well Ronnie the GM there went beyond the call to get it right. He sent a tech to my home, which was a pleasant surprise. Kel the tech was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He made the necessary repairs in no time. Back to the enclosure, they gave me the wrong one, but Ronnies offer was for me keep the one on the cart until the correct ones came in. At home we decided we hated the enclosure, asked for a refund and Ronnie said no problem, no questions asked. I was saying to myself am I dreaming or is this real? Offering a refund with no questions asked who does that today. I accepted the offer for a refund and decided to order the door works hinged enclosure myself. After checking with Ace Enclosures and they said they don't even make a hinged enclosure for my 2025 evolution golf cart, well damn,! Well, I called Botero back and spoke to Ronnie as he had told me earlier they did not make a hinged golf cart enclosure for my golf cart. Guess I missed that part. Anyways, Ronnie said he would get someone out Monday to do another minor repair on my cart. And since the enclosures were in, he would also install the new enclosure that I asked for a refund earlier. Thanks To Botero and Ronnie for being so patient with my concerns. I will definitely be telling friends to go see Ronnie, he went beyond the call to make me a happy and returning customer.

The time it takes to get the carts back is reasonable and usually quicker than I expect. I don't normally use the pick-up and delivery service but it's an option. They also sell and rent golf carts. I have only rented a couple of times. No problems! Fred is the owner. He's easy to talk to and always available if I need to talk with him. It may not be the flashiest show room in town but it's the one I recommend!

I've backed the statements below with photographic evidence and a documented timeline of conversations. In August, my wife reached out to Bintelli Golf Carts to inquire about purchasing a cart for delivery toward the end of September. She received calls daily, sometimes multiple times a day, from the same sales representative. She ultimately purchased a brand new 2026 Pulse Active EV. Within 48 hours of delivery, we noticed significant wear and notified the vendor with photographic evidence: multiple rust spots, paint chipping in several areas, misapplied fenders, and accent features that were either screwed in incorrectly or not screwed in at all. This cart did not feel brand new. We had also already paid for a golf cart cover as part of our original order -- one that was never delivered with the cart, adding insult to injury. We sent pictures, emails, texts, and phone calls expressing our dissatisfaction with the purchase and repeatedly requested a written response from leadership to remedy the situation. Instead, over the following weeks, we received calls from the sales rep, Ron Huber, and another sales rep, Chester Sharp, along with a woman who identified herself as Ron Huber's assistant. Her offer to resolve months of frustration: sending us a golf cart cover - the very item we had already paid for and never received. In total, we paid more than $12,000 for a vehicle represented as a brand-new 2026 Pulse Active EV. However, the condition of the cart showed wear inconsistent with that representation and suggested it may have been older inventory exposed to the elements. We informed the sales representative that, unless management addressed our concerns, we intended to share our experience publicly, and we allowed several weeks for a response. The purchase and subsequent customer service fell well below our expectations, and we believe prospective buyers in the local golf community should be aware of our experience. If your committee is considering Bintelli for a fleet purchase, I'd urge you to ask hard questions about inspection standards before delivery, and to get any resolution commitments in writing before you sign.
