They found the leak, patched it and I was in and out in 35 minutes. What a great customer experience! Golf Rider did end up making good and replaced all of our batteries. They even fully detailed the cart and dropped it off at our house. The golf cart is running better then it ever has and is SO much safer. I just wish it was like this from the beginning... Excellent customer service! We rented the least expensive golf cart...which wasn't charged when we arrived--so they gave us the most expensive one at no extra charge. Then at the PTC Library park someone backed into us. It was a small dent but still my husband showed theGolf Rider owner and he said NO PROBLEM. We were afraid we would have to pay $$. So very nice. Great place with excellent customer service. Tammy and Lee were both very helpful and Lee was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to my family. Initially we were told there was a wait for the type of cart we wanted but Lee called us back a couple of days later and had received one to fit our needs. They delivered the cart a couple of days later and even put our stickers on for us. I would definitely recommend this place. Friendly, fair and welcoming. I went by and the front desk was so helpful and got Robert from the service department to come up and talk with me about how to charge the battery and even drew me a illustration. My family and I just moved to PTC and quickly realized we needed a golf cart. My husband and I were referred by a friend to go see Frank at Golf Rider, so we went to the showroom with our two children. We were warmly greeted by Tammy at the front desk. She let Frank know that we were there to see him and he was a delight from the moment we shook hands. He acknowledged our children versus just speaking to us which we greatly appreciated. They had a nice indoor space for them to entertain themselves as Frank took us around. Frank was every knowledgeable about anything and everything having to do with golf carts, maintenance, service, parts etc. He never made us feel rushed and welcomed all questions. We ended up purchasing a new four seater electric Yamaha. When I came back to the showroom to drop off the registration stickers for them to put on before delivery, I noticed Frank sitting and speaking to another client in the showroom, his back was turned to me. I had to give my name for them to look up our cart. Frank heard my name, stood up and acknowledged me. He asked how my family was, if I had any questions and if there was anything we needed, to just give them a call. Upon delivery, Keith was beyond kind and helpful. Purchased new batteries for our older golf cart. They were very informative and helpful. A few weeks later our charger was struck by lightning, and they had it repaired rather than saying we needed a new one. With these two good experiences, we went right to them when we were shopping for a brand new 6-seater golf cart. The experience was wonderful -- no pressure, all the information we needed, and we walked out feeling like we had made new friends.
