But…read moreprior to purchase, I was a little hesitant about customer service for the usual reasons, it's just hard to find. A few days after purchase my turn signals weren't canceling after a turn, my horn was intermittent, and I was given the wrong enclosure. So I called anticipating the worst, you know stall, stall , stall, and the usual not their fault. Well I extremely surprised.by some of the best customer service I've ever had. And I know customer service, because I owned service company for over 20 years. Our motto was to give a customer a reason to come back to my company. Well Ronnie the GM there went beyond the call to get it right. He sent a tech to my home, which was a pleasant surprise. Kel the tech was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He made the necessary repairs in no time. Back to the enclosure, they gave me the wrong one, but Ronnies offer was for me keep the one on the cart until the correct ones came in. At home we decided we hated the enclosure, asked for a refund and Ronnie said no problem, no questions asked. I was saying to myself am I dreaming or is this real? Offering a refund with no questions asked who does that today. I accepted the offer for a refund and decided to order the door works hinged enclosure myself. After checking with Ace Enclosures and they said they don't even make a hinged enclosure for my 2025 evolution golf cart, well damn,! Well, I called Botero back and spoke to Ronnie as he had told me earlier they did not make a hinged golf cart enclosure for my golf cart. Guess I missed that part. Anyways, Ronnie said he would get someone out Monday to do another minor repair on my cart. And since the enclosures were in, he would also install the new enclosure that I asked for a refund earlier. Thanks To Botero and Ronnie for being so patient with my concerns. I will definitely be telling friends to go see Ronnie, he went beyond the call to make me a happy and returning customer.

Golf Rider provided phenomenal customer service for us after we faced issues with our brand new…read moreYamaha cart after just one month of owning it. This cart had issues and since it was under warranty it took over one month each time it stopped working. Over the 18 months we owned this Yamaha cart it was in and out of the shop for six of those months. Yamaha was not particularly helpful at getting to the root of the problem during the warranty. Golf Rider diligently worked to fix our cart with Lithium battery swaps (3) and controller board. Golf Rider also provided us with a loaner golf cart. Amazingly, Golf Rider ultimately replaced the golf cart after numerous repairs. This was Golf Rider, not Yamaha. This level of ownership, customer service and generosity in unheard of in this day and age. They understood the importance of us having a reliable and trustworthy golf cart and ensured that we have our time out on the cart paths.

They found the leak, patched it and I was in and out in 35 minutes. What a great customer experience! Between the owner (Frank), the service team (Dave, Jessica, the technians), and the sales team (Lee and Barry) they are all focused on you the customer and doing right for the individual not just making a buck. Fast forward two years...the bumpers have all gotten completely rusted out requiring extensive repair, the suspension is rusted and the overall quality is, in a word, disappointing. Called the shop to inquire and was told, "yeah, these can get rusted but just apply some paint and it should be good to go"...not a good answer to paying almost $12,000 for a golf cart...Have had to resort to some golf cart experts that have helped repair damage I should never had to deal with from the beginning...shame on you Big O's!!

This is a great business for gas and electric golf carts. I have used them many times for regular…read moreservice and for repairs. The prices are fair. The estimates are accurate. The time it takes to get the carts back is reasonable and usually quicker than I expect. I don't normally use the pick-up and delivery service but it's an option. They also sell and rent golf carts. I have only rented a couple of times. No problems! Fred is the owner. He's easy to talk to and always available if I need to talk with him. It may not be the flashiest show room in town but it's the one I recommend!

The manager refers me to Battery Source in Mcdonough. I get here first thing this morning. Ronald, the manager has barely put his lunch box up and willingly comes to assist. I didn't even have to come inside. What exceptional customer service. I am very pleased. And the BEST PART, it didn't take 4 hours. It's 8:40 and I'm checking out. I'll recommend everyone to come by. They sell all kinds of batteries so even if you need regular batteries for the house they have them as well.
