Not sure what's going on. I placed an online order over 4 hours ago and nothing happened. The status is stuck on "Your order is being prepared." since 3:45pm. Never had an online order take that long at any dispensary. That's crazy. The estimated time said 25-35 minutes. I can understand their 40% off weekend sale can take an hour or two to process an order. If you don't have what I ordered, then just cancel my order instead of leaving it pending. I wasn't even ordering anything crazy. Just a couple eighths and a tin of Camino gummies. Tried to call, went straight to voicemail. They're open for another hour. For now, I'm giving up on ever picking up my order. LOL. I'll stick to Nug, my usual spot. There's too many options in a 10 minute radius for flaky dispensaries to exist. Bummer, I guess that deal going on was too good to be true (even though it barely comes out cheaper than other competitors). Man, I just wanted to try out a new spot. First time here! So if it's your first time & you purchase - you get 10% off! This pretty much covers the taxes. Came to look around. Pretty small but very nice and clean. Unlike other places, you check in first and get buzzed in to the sales floor. Had a sales person let us know about the deal (buy a cart - get a battery STIZY) This was a great deal considering the cartridge I was going to pick up. Prices are about the same as other places - CASH only but they have an ATM but super good for convenience if you live in the area. Will definitely come again. This is a review of my first visit to Blum San Leandro. The parking lot was right in front with lots of available spaces. The security guard was sweet, the reception was hilarious and the budtender was very helpful. The despensary was clean and there were sneeze gaurds at the registers. I really appreciated that the products and prices were listed on tv screens on the back wall. I hate when despensaries dont have menus. I was empressed by the professional but still inviting vibe of the place. I bought one gram of hash for $30 and got the second gram for only a dollar, plus a 10%. discount for being a first-time patient. What a deal?! I mentioned I needed to go to a smoke shop and the budtender suggested Empire Smoke Smoke on Doolittle. I drove over and mentioned I was refered to them by Blum and the smoke shop gave me an additional discount too! Great experience all around. read more

Cool! I got the same friendly, speedy (online order) service I usually get at the Oakland location. This one is less crowded tho so that's a plus. They have their own parking lot with lots of stalls. Blum is a great dispensary. I used to go to the one in Oakland but that's too far. The dispensary is right behind La Pinata. They have a really big parking lot. The dispensary itself is really clean and big. All the staff were really friendly. They know a lot and are eager to help you out and give you all the info you need. They really made my visit top notch. I wanted to renew my medical card there. I was able to through a website that I accessed on one of their tablets. I didn't have to speak to a doctor. I just answered some questions. It took 15 minutes for it to get approved and sent. Pretty easy and for $25! For those of you who do not want to get your cards there are a lot of benefits! You'll save money on taxes among other things. But if you don't want to get your card I suppose you'll just have to wait and see if this place will become recreational. I would have given this place 5 stars. However, they were not taking credit cards yet when I came in. They had an atm inside. That's not too big of a deal for me since I carry cash. I gave the cashier the wrong amount and instead of the cashier telling me I didn't have enough he suggested a cheaper option. In store they display items like Kanha Nano gummies, but do not have them in stock. My last trip they did charged me the full price instead of the discount price (-$5) until I reminded the budtender. Came here to get a preroll and arrived at 9:54. The neon sign was still on and 2 people were inside. They had already locked the door and turned me away after standing outside for about 2 minutes. It's a pleasant environment so the only thing that brought this review down is ONE worker. He's lightskin with locs and he has terrible customer service. Hello, I happened to be in San Leandro on Sa.04.06.2019 and decided to check out your dispensary.  Once I was asked if I needed any help, I stated that I knew exactly what I wanted; Kush Queen THC bath bombs.  I was lead to the shelf they were on and proceeded to have a lovely conversation with the gentleman that was helping me. I work in the industry in Berkeley and we got to talking.  HE grabbed the bath bombs, lead us to the register and completed my purchase. All the while, talking about the industry.  Today I went to use the bath bombs and am extremely saddened to find that CBD bath bombs had be taken off the shelf and sold to me. Exactly what I DID NOT want. I am heartbroken.  To add further insult to injury, I attempted to email the location the following day and the email on the website was returned due to a non-existent email address. I found another email through weedmaps and emailed again later in the week, to no response...any good thoughts and feelings I had about this place have incinerated. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE which is disappointing as that is what keeps customers coming back and sending other people. read more
