State inspector found 28 violations. Then the hvac, southwest wouldn't fix anything, again had to contact state hvac inspector, they found several deficiencies. Now that my warranty is about up, can't get southwest to return phone calls. I guess it's time to call the state inspectors or the board of contractors again. I guess southwest wants to lose for the 3rd time. They have cost me time and inconvenience with their willfull incompetence. Well as things would go, my a/c had another problem, not related to the first problem last year and I just happened to run into Eric at a restaurant. He said he had accepted another Service Manager's position at American A/C & Mechanical. Welp, I had another fantastic episode with Eric. He came out, had me back up and running in less than an hour. I don't know how I have gotten this lucky so far, but I have Eric at American A/C & Mechanical to thank for it. PLEASE, if you have a problem with your heating and A/C unit, or even if you are just getting a tune up, call American A/C & Mechanical, you will be glad you did!!! I am not a paid spokesperson! Received a text early morning that 2 gentleman would come out (Santiago & Ryan). They arrived early in the morning and introduced themselves. In the conversation I had informed them I had a little one sleeping. All throughout the process they were extremely respectful and advised prior to making noise. For our service they installed a new AC unit which is amazing and cooled our house super fast! The price point was right on the money! 10/10 would highly recommend again to anyone!
