I love 3 Way Thrift! I love going Saturday mornings after my sister and I's workout class. We don't go often but at least every other month. If you donate clothes or items to them, they usually give you a $5 off coupon to use at the store itself. It's pretty organized inside, except the aisle ways get crowded when there's others. I always end up finding fun things. Just yesterday I found a cute dress I can wear on my upcoming cruise, for only $6.99! Other great finds from the past; boots that are like brand new, slip on shoes, blazer for work, a nice top for work, the top of an Indian outfit, jewelry and much more. Store was packed with merchandise ,a chaotic scene but organized by like items. Friendly staff greeted everyone as they walk in and graciously welcomed each customers as we checked out at the register . I automatically locked eyes on the many Xmas decorations on displays. I found 3 pairs of Levi's jeans under $10 each . As I pulled out of my parking space I noticed there was a separate entrance for larger furniture items in the space next to the parking lot. I always shop here and make several donations a year. This day I was so offended by the service. I had a cart full of items and apparently one had a second price tag on top of original and they accused me of it. Then the manager Gracie pulled another item and said this was changed too! I did not make any changes and was embarrassed by how I was treated. I'll fond a new place to shop and to donate. They should use kindness in their daily customer service. read more

This place is massive. Had so much fun looking at all their items. They have a huge furniture inventory with really affordable prices. It can get busy inside but there are a lot of great finds. Staff is helpful. To try an electronic before you buy, there is a plug in the back you have to use. Otherwise you'll have to get out of line and then get back in line. read more

Honestly I've never been to a thrift store where if an item doesn't have a price... they can't sell it to you. That manager or owner Lisa literally snatched the item of my hands and before me even asking her if she can price the item for me? So when I did ask her she said no we have to take it to the back and it'll go out to the floor in a day or two?? Like that's pretty annoying... maybe putting it on hold for the customer would be nice! If you thrifting here and find an item without a price just leave it back cause they ain't gonna help you for sh*t. And you'll walk out bummed. PROS: Recently, I went back to this thrift store and found a vintage ugly Christmas sweater (it's really pretty) for $6.99. Well worth the price and still in good condition. Why only 3 stars you ask? The 3 star rating is for the condition and fair pricing of the Christmas sweater. CONS: I've shopped at this thrift store for many years, pre and post Covid times. In the past, I have donated items for a good cause; found some great bargains and unique items for prices that were well worth the purchase especially kitchen, home decor, small cabinetry, cards, stationery & seasonal items to name a few. Recently, I've noticed their prices have sky-rocketed, closed dressing rooms, narrow aisles and simply, NOT worthy of the Christian-based thrift price it claims to be. I'd been going to this thrift stores for years over 7 years they were always give me a hard time. All I did was resell books not that long ago. They finally got upset that I didn't want to put the cart back and I said it's not a policy and she began to insult me and be rude to me and all the cashiers were there laughing in my face. I can't believe the store has decided to ban me forever anyways just wanna let the public know how rude the people here are. It's like a shit show. They go around bullying and treating everybody else like their less than them. The owner Joyce doesn't even have the courage to speak to me. She knows she's wrong for banning me first from Chino location now I just found out I got banned from the Montclair went to do not support this thrift store. This spot has a huge selection. They always have a wide arrange of seasonal decor that is trending so be sure to stop by if you are in need of that! They truly have range: party supplies, scrapbooking items, home decor, baskets, blankets, books, bags, cards, furniture, and random items like helmets/yoga mats. Although there are 2 colors on sale I know i can always find something for $4 or less. Which to me is a steal considering goodwill ranges are $6+. The men section here is not as large as the womens or children. The frustrating thing I encountered the last time i was here was not being able to purchase a bracelet because it did not have a price tag. I did not know it didnt have a tag because the items are in a case and once you select that item it is held behind the register in a basket until you purchase it, so i couldn't have had the opportunity to alter anything. Since i just stop by this location when i am in the area or plan to swing by here it is not easy or worth it for me to just come back the next day to purchase it. I understand they have rules in place (EcoThrift in Pomona has the same policy) but it is still frustrating. However, I will still keep coming here, I love this spot! They clearly hire people that don't want to work. Tried to drop off at the donation side. The gate was half open. When I tried to ask if they were open the guy didn't even want to talk to me and was closing the gate. I tried to ask when they were open and he said "when it's not raining". They are very skimpy with the discounts. They trade out colors so there is not so many available for 50%. I have proven this many times. I love thrifting, however, Prices here are too high-everything has gone up so much you can get a lot ( not all) clothing items new when they are on sale. I also have stopped going because there is no public restroom. At least at ECO thrift you can use the restroom if you need to. read more

I used to enjoy coming here to thrift but no longer due. The employees reach over your shoulder to put items on shelves, there's way too many people and crowded like I can't even go down an isle crowded, I can't even look through the clothing let alone park my car. All 3 rows of parking lot plus double sides of street full, even a line to donate clothing and the employee doesn't help because there's only 1 employee working for a double line of cars. Another issue is the pricing. They have in my opinion been price gouging on most items I do find. $25 each for a little statue, $2-3 per dvd, $15 for a beat up shirt jersey. Even goodwill is cheaper and I find better stuff there tbh. I'll return here but the prices need to get better and some organization or wider isles or something read more

3 Way is my go-to thrift store. They always have tons of shoes, clothes, crafts, jewelry, kitchen gadgets, luggage, sports equipment. You can also find furniture, bikes, camping, and toys. They usually bring out great Christmas trees and other seasonal, but their Halloween costume inventory is amazing. They have rotating weekly discounts, which make your great find even better. Honestly, the staff is nothing fabulous, except on occasion. Today I had the best experience with Sergio, who works outside. He went out of his way to price, and sell me some cubbies my daughter wanted for her room. I've seen him before today talking with fellow employees, as well as other customers. So after careful consideration overall, this is one of the best thrift stores in TOWN! Yes, I get that inflation kills but they have been pricing items whereas it's not overly expensive! They have great deals all the time. I find gems constantly and that's probably because I like eccentric and extraordinary clothes/items. I don't think anyone likes my taste in fashion. However, I do examine clothes closely because it is second hand. One of the cons is that it's quite small in there but It's manageable. I haven't encountered rude people at all, neither customers nor employees. I mean Jesus is watching anyway. read more

My wife and I love going to the thrift store just to shop. We love that we can shop without breaking the bank. In fact, we tend to go almost every Saturday. We love 3-Way except for their RUDE manager, Lisa. She was so rude to me that I stopped going for almost a year. For example, I am diabetic and every once in a while I really need to use the facilities. She refused to allow me to use them, so I found another employee who understood my dilemma. C'mon! I thought it was illegal to not have restrooms available to customers. Hmm! The straw that broke the camel's back was when I asked if a price was correct. She got VERY snooty with me, like I was trying to rip them off. REALLY? (My wife is making me go again, even though I am still quite "salty" over this.) By the way, we had excellent service from a sales associate named Savannah. She was very helpful and pleasant. Maybe they should consider her for the manager role. If so, I am sure more people would shop there. read more

I usually donate once a week on my days off. I like shopping here, but the dropping off part is not welcoming. The young Caucasian guy, who's been working there for a while now, is so grumpy!!! No acknowledgment, no hello, no thank you... I don't think he likes his job there. I even brought it up that we were hiring at my place of employment if he wanted to apply there. Want an Apple Monitor, or a bedframe, or giant Marilyn Monroe poster, or a Rich Gannon jersey, or a Hello Kitty umbrella? Then checkout 3 Way Thrift. This location includes an enormous sampling from the smorgasbord of just about every last consumer good donated or flat out tossed over a fence for the sky buzzards to perch on in the last couple of decades. I once found a vintage 2X Hulkamania shirt; perhaps discarded by the Hulkster himself (?) Could have been an XL shirt that Hogan stretched out when he put it on. Who knows!? Real finds are possible here too. Just depends on individual interest, obviously. A mountain of oversized stuffed animals rests in the back left of 3 Way. So any child interested in old purple lions other children have chewed on will be in gently used stuffed animal paradise. A vast jewelry display shines in the front of the thrift store. Many chic rings, necklaces, and earrings dazzle the ete from their cases. On the wall, behind the jewelry, the remainder of the rare(r) valuables are on display. Oodles of collectibles cover the back wall. Leather football jackets, designer raincoats, vintage snapbacks, dresses, and anything else of immediate street value will be located by the back wall. Well, maybe not all of the valuables...I have dug up a few good promo records in the modest vinyl section in 3 way. The prices are the other remarkable quality of 3 way. T-shirts go for about $1.50 at 3 way. I have put together plenty of groovy outfits perusing the clothing aisles. Plenty of shirts for anyone looking to avoid paying $15-$20 for the same product at Target or Wal-Mart. The whole retro push in mass fashion is so unfathomably disappointing anyway, or I guess $13 for a shirt that reads Good Times or Good Vibes or a grinning Frank Griswold is OK for some. I just the whole cyclical quality of the market researched clickbait commercial fashion culture leaves something to be desired like fair prices or creativity. An ugly Christmas sweater used to be funny because it was not originally intended to be ugly. So, anyone who wants to save money and possibly develop a more unique look would do well to do some thrifting at 3-way. I recently found a $40 tank top at 3-way for $2. (Check the photos.) We have been donating items to 3 Way Thrift Store for many years. The drop off has been a breeze, and the employees have always been professional. The drop off is one way in and one way out. Although there is a line at times, it usually goes pretty quick. I was told that as a result of Covid, they made modifications to their drop off hours, which has made it a little more difficult to get things cleaned out of the house and garage. In addition, they are not accepting e-Waste at the moment. Regarding the store, we have been inside a few times over the years; usually to find something for Halloween or some sort of themed decor item we will use for a one time party. This is a pretty large thrift store. They even have an outside furniture area. I went to see what it was like. The prices are great! I've been to a lot of seriously overpytheift stores lately. This isn't one of them. There's something for everyone. There's men's, women's, and kids' clothing, toys, shoes, jewelry...you name it! I bought a cute cat plaque that says, "Wipe your paws!"
