Loving coming here for their accessories and outerwear. I've gotten really lucky and found some gems. They offer discounts and savings if you sign up using an email and/or phone number. Employees are chic, kind and patient. I'd consider this to be boutique sized but me and my little one always leave with something cool like charms for her crocs, stickers, jewelry or as mentioned before, a one of a kind jacket. I don't understand the high ratings. Maybe I was there on a bad day. For the regular clothes, nothing stood out and prices compatible to other thrifts. The higher end items were priced ridiculously, a mohair sweater with two large holes , you can your fist through easily priced at $15, a 80s wool coat, full of moth eaten spots priced at $15. they don't apply discount either ie senior discount until you ask. I think for such a deserted location, they price it better so you more people would visit. I ended up buing a turquoise SHEIN piece to use for layering. That was the best that day. read more

I want that Amoeba San Francisco T-shirt but I didn't end up picking it up, only 'cause I'm on a budget and in reality never end up wearing the color Pink... although I will say it's an original, not a reprint and to find it in pink is rare. This thrift store is in the Walgreens shopping center near pho island, NE corner. This is a small store about a quarter of the size of a store like goodwill. Had the same smell though. This store has furniture, housewares, clothing, jewelry, toys etc. The prices are low and if you check in you get 10% off. This is a great little thrift store I was surprised to see so many shoes for a smaller thrift store. I really like their boutique section and jewelry case. I have never seen so many rings at the thrift store which is pretty unique. They had some small furniture pieces. I didn't see any larger pieces. The store is super clean. I always see the staff sweeping, cleaning up, and organizing. They are in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking The best part is the friendly staff and are always gracious to show you something for sale in the boutique section. Not only are their prices reasonable but they also have a rewards program where customers earns 10% in store credit with every purchase. Seniors and Veterans also get a discount. Senior get a 20% discount day on Thursdays. Veterans gets 10% off every day. You can also sign up with your email to receive discounts. I've been coming to this thrift store for about 2 years now and they always have the best selection of great vintage dress clothing and a ton of other antiques for amazing prices also. The main reason for writing this review isn't only because of the great work they do at this shop, it's also to recognize the kindness and helpfulness the staff gives you. Yesterday when I went in looking for a specific kind of necklace for a pendent I had without a chain, Mitch helped me as soon as I walked in trying to help me find something accordingly to my liking but when he couldn't instead of him being like oh well we don't have any. Mitch went out of his way to call over Laura to ask if there was any other jewelry inventory and she got right on it and pulled out a big bag of jewelry to have me look through to see if I find what I'm looking for, and behold I find the perfect necklace for what I need it for but I had already kind of ran up my tab there looking around so I put the necklace back at checkout because I didn't have the extra change on me to get it. Laura, WITHOUT knowing that the necklace was going to be for my Dads ashes, Laura came jogging outside to my car and said "hey you forgot something," handed over the necklace I wasn't able to purchase and said "have a great day" which absolutely made not only my day but my whole month. So in response to the owners questions, the phone just rang. I just tried to call the # now to leave a message and the phone doesn't even ring, just beeps and hangs up. I'm guessing that you've blocked my #. This is so unprofessional! Yes, I did want to do a return. I shop at a lot of thrift stores and I noticed that your tags are actually printed with your store name unlike other thrift stores that have unmarked tags. So I returned to your store with the item and my receipt. I purchased the item like 2 days before and I do realize most don't take a return but I wasn't asking for a return, just an exchange for something else in the store, actually clear candlestick holders instead of the silver ones I purchased since they didn't match like I thought they would. I actually would have been paying more for the clear candlestick holders but LESSON LEARNED, instead of doing a courtesy for a customer you'd rather block my phone call and lose a patron. TO OTHER THRIFTERS: Take your business elsewhere there are plenty of good thrift stores in the area. read more

My favorite thrift for when I don't feel like thrifting! It's small, clean and super organized. You won't be overwhelmed by the amount of ~things~ here, but there's still a lot of quality items and curated style clothing. Some items are a bit pricier than other thrifts, but still more reasonable than Goodwill, I'd say. Plus, again, it has a much more boutique feel so it's worth it for the experience and the pieces are in style. And they have a dressing room!! Vibes are always great in here. So I came here the other day to drop off some donations, and as I'm dropping them off the lady working there was ready to hand us the slip and say bye. But we told her we had more; and she didn't look happy with it. I told her "is it okay we only have a few more bags?" And the lady said "sure, it's just we don't want any junk or trash". I felt a bit judged since %95 of the items were BRAND NEW and STILL HAD TAGS on or in WRAPPING. A lot of the items were very awesome things. And I didn't want to donate to goodwill because I feel that Goodwill over priced their stuff. I would have honestly sold them myself but I don't have much time. We ended up not dropping off all the bags and they're still in my car, I'm hoping I'll have the time to stop at another thrift store. I'm just saying, they should be a little less judgmental. Inkind's cool blue and white sign caught my eye. I decided to see what my curiosity was all about. Curiosity killed the cat, but sometimes curiosity rewards the cat with bargain thrift finds inside an ecologically friendly store. Fortunately, I was able to luck out with thrift finds this time. I never understood what that crappy adage meant, and I'm not sure any cat would survive without curiosity. Not to mention a cat in need of cheap boutique items, tees, pants, sneakers, bric-a-brac, and vinyl records. Most attentive people or cats will be able to find essential goods like pants or plates at Inkind Thrift for extremely reasonable prices. Look to Inkind Thrift for brands like adidas, Nike, and Armani Exchange on the cheap. The store has a good variety of collectibles too. Lots of interesting pieces of furniture abound. The record collection consists of a few crates. They did contain quite a few vinyl gems though. I saw a copy of Prince's Around the World in a Day, Stacey Q's Two of Hearts single, a Grandmaster Flash single, and a Tierra single. If music is not of interest, please note there are plenty of lamps and bags for sale here too. The owners' congeniality really stood out to me as well. Inkind is owned by Irene and Mitch. A married couple who wanted to open a store to sell quality, eco friendly goods and to get better acquainted with the local inland empire population. They politely shared plenty of amusing stories about their store, their travels, and their interests with me. They have some particularly funny anecdotes about people taking on too many selfies in Inkind's apparently very chic dressing room. I thoroughly enjoyed their light hearted and welcoming personalities. Mitch and Irene are good, personable people who can't wait to meet more of the interesting folks from the IE, OC, and LA. Buyers Beware !!!Horrible business practice they won't let you test electronics. They had an electronic chicken coop door opener in its original box a little bit damaged which they taped up. I wanted to double check to see if the motor works and brought it to the counter but they would not let me try it even if I brought my own batteries to test. Clerk said, "buy at your own risk and gamble ".I don't think so not for $10 !!! Good luck staying in business. The Best Thrift Store I ever been :) I admit I don't go shopping all the time and I'm not the most fashionable person to be around with, but one thing I can input in this store is the vibe :) The ambiance is light and friendly because of their employees, which help the mood while picking up some good finds. I ended up getting what I want and my brother got a Tommy Bahamas polo shirt for $6.99!!! Damn this store is lit! They donate, too to non-profit foundation so it really feels good shopping in here. I like the goodwill but it's a jumbled together .this place had literally every category of items separate and I was so happy that they have clothes sizes seperated. Having 2 kids with me, it made it very easy and enjoyable to look through their clothes and I actually purchased 2 clothes items and was very happy! When they barely opened up it was a good little shop, but now their prices are crazy and the items that are somewhat reasonable are cheap forever 21, Shein fast fashion items. Items I wouldn't take even if they were free. I don't know how they decide what goes on the "boutique" rack but there's nothing worth looking at. Dresses for 15.00?? Why? You can get new clothes for that price. They've adopted the Goodwill pricing model. No thanks.. I can understand if it's a trendy buy,sell,trade shop, but it's not. Reply to the owner. No it's not a mistaken post. I don't know of any buy sell trade stores in Chino, but either way they're in a for profit business so they can mark up items and when you walk in you know what you're expecting.
