This place has good burgers. I've gotten the bbq bacon burger as well as the royal bacon burger. Both were good but the bacon isn't is never crispy. I hate bacon that isn't all the way cooked. I came here a few times, but the customer service has been going downhill since September. I have food allergies, but the dark-skinned cashier could not hear what I had to say about my allergies when I said "no onions". She responded to me as if she could not hear me on October 23, 2021 at around 6:30pm as I had to repeat myself three times. And she still could not hear me. So my husband immediately drove again to Rutherford and in person re-ordered a REPLACEMENT CHEESEBURGER, RARE, NO TOMATOES, NO ONIONS, NO PICKLES a second time because no one answered the phone after 9:30 PM, although they are supposedly open until 10PM. When my husband returned home, I opened the container and was shocked to see the replacement had 2 BURNED ALL OVER THE EXTERIOR THIN FLAT SLABS OF MEAT with VERY WELL DONE INTERIOR and TOMATOES. Who does this? - The EXACT OPPOSITE of what the customer ORDERED. - This was no joke. This 30burgers operation does not give a #%@% about customers! One of the top burgers I've had in a very long time. I love Rutherford for its proximity to the city, small-town feel, & great restaurants/cafes. Ok where do I begin? My first review was 5 stars. It was my first time there and it was great. Sadly within another 3 trips it declined RAPIDLY. More time passed and after getting suspicious I asked the worker if one of the bags was my order. He checked and said yes and the other people waiting did the same to get the same result. In addition she also choose to make a bigger scene by yelling across the restaurant at us while I already at the door leaving because I was like screw this your not getting my money, telling us my electric scooter and my friend electric bike can't be parked in front on the restaurant not it the way of anyone. We tried this place on a whim, and I'm so glad we did! I had the El Paso burger which came topped with bacon, grilled onions, and guacamole. It was so delicious! I was skeptical of the guacamole to be honest, but it really pulled the whole thing together. My girlfriend tried the A-1 Bleu Burger, and it was also incredible. We also ordered the cheese fries, and they may have been the best part of the meal. They were super crispy without being greasy, and the cheese sauce was very tasty. I hate to also have to write this . But I ordered and in the beginning was good but by third time a mess. I ordered mild buffalo wings and received hot. I mean so hot not able to eat at all. I never received blue cheese. I ordered extra and paid for it did not get one. I ordered fry sauce and honey mustard for my chicken tenders and none in the bag paid for it did not receive.
