The burger comes out hot and juicy, with that nice sear on the outside while the inside stays tender and full of flavor. Then you have the cheese melting right into the meat, all those juices soaking slightly into the bun without turning it into a soggy mess. And the bun deserves some credit too--soft, fresh, a little toasted, and actually strong enough to hold the whole thing together until the last bite. It's the kind of burger where you take that first bite and immediately know you made the right decision stopping. What I really respect, though, is the consistency. I've been here plenty of times, and it doesn't seem to matter who's working the kitchen--the burger comes out the way it's supposed to. That's something a lot of places around Jersey could learn from. The restaurant itself is clean too, which I definitely appreciate. I actually feel comfortable sitting down and eating here instead of automatically taking everything to go. Prices are fair for what you're getting, especially these days. I'll keep coming back to this location and the other ones around Jersey. When a business keeps the food good, the place clean, the prices reasonable, and the quality consistent, they deserve the support. One of my go-to burger spots in NJ. No question. I had already taken a bite before I noticed it. I'm attaching a photo because this isn't simply a matter of not liking the food or receiving the wrong order. Raw chicken is a legitimate food-safety concern. I understand restaurants can make mistakes, but chicken needs to be cooked thoroughly and there should be safeguards in place to make sure something like this does not reach a customer. I have my receipt and photos documenting what I received, and I am also submitting a formal complaint to management/corporate. Please check your chicken carefully if ordering from this location.
