I get down there and wait in line at the Money services place, it's finally my turn, i walk up to the associate and explain to her what had happened and if there was ANY way for her to cash my check and she rudely told me that my check would and I quote "break the machine", she didn't try taping it and told me she couldn't key in the check. So I went and found a check cashing place where I met this WONDERFUL and NICE person named Yairy, she was so polite and kind when I explained what had happened, she did a wonderful job using Tape to put the check back together and it WORKED the first try in the machine. It goes to show you that some people still go the extra mile for their Customers. 10/10 at The Check Cashing Store. Thank you for ALL of your help Yairy!!!!

I was surprised upon entry to see a sign directing me to a machine to place my order. Fine. I touched the screen and searched for steak burgers. A complete menu of various steak burgers popped up on the screen and I had to peruse the entire screen searching for my steak burger with bacon , cheese , yadda yadda yadda. After accomplishing that feat I attempted to order a side of french fries. I punched the symbol for fries several times as my selection did not activate the machine into compliance. Oh well, looks like no fries today fatty boy. I'm on a diet anyway, can't ya just tell . So no fries fatty paid the machine and my change popped out. I waited and waited but no order delivered. People ahead of me and behind me received their orders. But not me. Finally after a gentle inquiry I was informed my order would arrive shortly. And so it did, minus the fries which the machine refused to give me. ( I think the machine knew I was dieting and wanted to help me out .) Boy , I sure do miss the human connection, the eye contact , the smile , the welcoming tone to the voice of the employee, who was now replaced by a cold machine. Harraumph ! In an endeavor to save money by replacing a human employee with a machine , Steak & Shake lost my money because after this experience I will be going to Burger King . If I'm going to spend my money let it be with human interaction, not with a lifeless machine. Harraumph I say , Harraumph !

In addition to a $2,000 dealer fee, the dealership added $2,552 for window tint, paint protection, and wheel locks -- products we did not request and that were never even installed on the vehicle. These charges appear to have been added simply to increase the total price of the deal. Even more concerning, we were never provided a copy of the purchase contract -- not by email, printed copy, or USB. That lack of transparency made it very difficult to review the details after the fact. We basically had to drive back to pick up copies. We brought these issues directly to the General Manager, Ryan, hoping to resolve the situation professionally. Unfortunately, no meaningful effort was made to correct it. The signing process also felt rushed and pressured. We had to leave to pick up our son, they knew and had us waiting for the very last minute, so we would sign in a rush and not notice the change to the documents that were not clearly explained before we were asked to sign. Looking back, the lack of explanation combined with the added charges feels intentional and deeply misleading. Purchasing a vehicle is a major financial decision. We expected honesty and transparency, but instead left feeling taken advantage of.
