John came out at 4:30pm and had the door repaired and operational in under an hour and was more reasonably priced than the jokers that came out originally. He pointed out that I definitely DO need a new door, (which I knew to be the case) but he didn't try to convince me that it couldn't be fixed without replacing the door.
