There was excellent communication with dispatch and my technician. Daniel came out and assessed the door. He was able to put new rollers in and do a tune-up of the door in 30 minutes. I cannot imagine why I wasn't at least given the option of getting handles at the time of purchase. As an older and small woman, I had a dangerous problem for getting my car out, without any handles. Today, I called to get the problem solved, and a bullying woman would not give me any idea about the cost of getting the handles (which I think should have been there in the first place), AND I was going to have to make two separate appointments, one for an estimate and another for the repair. Unpleasant experience.
