There was excellent communication with dispatch and my technician. Daniel came out and assessed the door. He was able to put new rollers in and do a tune-up of the door in 30 minutes. He advised a possible need for a torsion spring depending on use. He answered all of my questions. Based on usage and age of house, I did end up making the decision to get a new one. (There was no pressure at all or upselling.)
