I have a 2000 Montero Sport, and as anyone with an older vehicle knows, repairs can sometimes come with a few humps and bumps along the way. Klent was very transparent throughout the entire process and even showed me videos explaining the issue with my fuel sending unit/gas gauge problem, which was causing my gas light to come on even when the tank wasn't empty. The part took a little time to order, but he stayed patient and kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out most to me was the honesty and integrity. When my horn stopped working, Klent initially believed I needed a new horn, but after speaking further with Tim, he realized it was only the relay. Instead of charging me for unnecessary repairs, he immediately corrected it, located the relay locally through O'Reilly, and had Tim install it the very same day. My horn now works perfectly, and I truly appreciated that level of honesty and efficiency. Another thoughtful gesture was when Klent noticed the attachment for my gas cap had broken off. As a courtesy, he replaced it so I would no longer risk losing the gas cap. Small acts like that truly matter. Overall, I received a tune-up, spark plugs, oil change, diagnostics, and several repairs, and I left feeling valued as a customer. The atmosphere was always warm, welcoming, and respectful. No. Honest and hard working owner that keeps his nose in every job that goes out of his shop? Yes! Tells you what you really need and doesn't try to up-sell? Yes! Gives you a ride home if you need it? Yes! Tells you if he's too bizi to do it today? Yes! I picked up the hubs truck upon completion of the work since he was out of town. Neighbor gave me a ride to Larry's. Sidebar: the fire engine red El Camino he drives? Larry did the engine-it purs! Got down to the joint and was talking to Larry and his desk guy about my 02' Camry-you see it's at 100K and hasn't had any service to date. Larry gave me some valuable information as I waited to pay the hubs bill. Seems Toyota's have this thing called a timing belt. At 100K you absolutely need to check it....I did not know! (looks like mfg recommends checking it every 60K-wow, I've dodged the bullet) So, any warning the belt's going bye bye-No, no warning and the car will just STOP RUNNING- What? And as it is flying off, it may ruin the valves! Ikes-time to take the Camry in. Thanks Larry for saving me some bucks!

I came here after 3 failed attempts to diagnose my Nissan Murano at the dealership and was beginning to loose any hope that I was going to find shop that could help. Alex took time to listen to my situation and assured me they would be able to get a diagnosis. due to my work schedule and working out of town my availability to have my vehicle in the shop is very limited but they worked with me and was flexible. and sure enough after a little bit of time and effort they absolutely got me the correct diagnosis and would be covered by my extended warranty. unfortunately the repair work that needs to be done can only be done at the dealership for it to be covered by that extent warranty the same dealership they couldn't even diagnose it needless to say I am not very hopeful. if I had a choice I would leave it only at a Care Auto repair to be repaired. I have confidence that they we get the job done. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for it fair prices and honest mechanics.
