I had the battery changed at Dallas Gold and Silver and the person there unnecessarily removed the band and put it back on in the wrong position thus making it impossible to close. When I went back they would not acknowledge their mistake. I remembered that Eiseman sold Ebel so I went there and two amazing salesmen approached me and asked how they could help and then they took the watch to the watch repair gentleman to look at it. He corrected the band and also tightened a loose gold screw on the bezel. I am grateful beyond words for all of their help and for treating a senior citizen like she mattered. I know where I am going the next time my Ebel needs a battery.
