I rarely do this, but I was not happy with my first visit here. Had a appointment at 3:30 today and…read moreshowed up at 3:20. There was only one girl there (receptionist) and she said my appointment was at 3:00 and they give a 15 minute grace period. I informed the lady she is wrong because my son (who the appoint was for) doesn't get off the bus till 3. So there must be a mistake. She says she has to leave the office, so I need to go but she would have someone call and reschedule. Then starts to turn the lights out. She said her daughter was sick and she needed to go. I said I understand my son is sick and I need someone to see him. I asked for paperwork so I could fill it out and she refused because she was in a hurry. Granted it is 3:30 by then. Lastly the website says 9am to 8pm Tuesday - Thursday. In conclusion, they need to call there clients the day of their appointment to confirm time. Lastly they need to be more organized.
