Sal installed my amp, sub and front speakers on my 2010 Mazda 3. Price was fair and job was really clean. I went on a Saturday which I had prior appointment with him. The thing is, when I got to his shop, there's already 2 customers ahead of me. He was a little behind schedule since he did not meet our 10am appointment. Can't blame him though because customers are customers no matter what. It only shows that he treats all his customers equally. All in all the job done was very quick. He even made the necessary adjustments on my head unit to be able to maximize what I added to my sound system. The other guy that works with Sal, I think Billy was very helpful and cool too. Sal is not only incredibly knowledgeable, he is a master at his craft. He is a great guy and just down right friendly. When I first called him to install a new head unit and a rearview camera, before he even quotes me a price, he warns me not to buy a specific brand camera. He has had personal experience with that particular brand and advises everyone (whether they are customers or not) against using their products because of the bad results he has seen. That attention to detail and service before I was even a paying customer made the decision to go with Sal that much easier. He took care of my car, even though it was a small job compared to full sound systems of other vehicles he was working on. However, he never treated me any differently than his other customers and I really appreciated that. When I received his call, he had me test it and make sure everything was to my liking before he let me leave. Great service, but it gets even better! I had been experiencing intermittent issues with the head unit and I was worried that it had burned out or there were other, more serious issues with the car. I took it back to Sal and within 15 minutes, he singled out the defective product (it was an accessory purchased from Crutchfield and it was still under warranty). Got a Kenwood aftermarket radio manufacturer said it wouldn't not fit my Chrysler 300M Sal reconstructed the radio mountings and facings so it look like it belong. Got the car detailed afterwards the detailer said it looked amazing. Plus put in rear-view camera in order to another one to put in the front will need some adjustments my fault ordered from eBay with instructions in Japanese. My Pioneer head unit has been experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues, so customer service told me drop it off at a 3rd authorized repair center in Gardena, the only location in LA County. Problem is, the repair center does not uninstall head units, have any tools, or leads as to where I can get it done. As you can probably guess, I never studied how to rip out a car stereo in 30 seconds while attending LAUSD. I ran a quick Yelp search by zip code and found 310 Kreations. Called and spoke to Sal. Super friendly. When I arrived, he gave me the tools for free, and instructed me on how to remove the head unit. When I had trouble wiggling it out, Sal dropped his task, came to my car and uninstalled it. He wouldn't accept my money. Do honest people exist in the auto business? Excellent service here, hands down the most honest and knowledgeable guys in this market. I have gone to other places to get my tints and stereo done but never again! I have found a place that will give me honest and high quality service. I came here to get my tints redone and to install new headlights and these guys did much more than I had asked of them and they did it out of the kindness of their hearts and with a good business mentality of taking care of their customers. I walked out of this place with them actually diagnosing my "check engine" light and even giving me tips on how to save money in order to get it fixed! I had also asked them to check my rear speaker for me because I thought that it had gone out, after assessing it, Sal told me that it was a connection problem and fixed the issue for me without the added labor fee. Unlike other places (Audio Matrix) Sal and Mike did not hassle or hustle me into buying anything that I didn't need and actually insisted that I not replace some of my parts such as my amplifier until it completely dies. My point is that these guys are trustworthy and will help you more like a friend than business owners. The guys at this place are extremely knowledgeable and extremely patient with each individual customer's needs. SAL (owner) was not only very professional and well informed, but he provided me customer service like no other. which prompted me to immediately book an appointment with them the following day. the shop is definitely a small family owned shop ( and when i say family... i mean family with friends family etc always stopping by to say hi, hang out, eat, chat it up, etc...) during my install i actually had a great time hanging out with the staff... back to the install... they did everything promptly and professionally... sal even gave me plenty of options when it came to purchasing some subwoofers. their pricing is all in no hidden fees charges etc. which you never get from other installers... they love to tease you with the lowest price, but then charge you for every little thing like cables, harnesses, labor etc....i ended up going with the larger sub and box of course because i said lets get this thing right the first time. 310 KREATIONS doesnt "jerk your chain", a very knowledgeable staff, with great deals you would expect from a small family shop, they dont have a super fancy expensive over the top showroom, which is actually great because they pass that savings on to you, and they dont need it because they get the work done in the same fashion as a top high end shop. so in the end of the day did i get what i pay for? yes and no..... i got more.... i got my job done, exactly how i wanted it... and i got more because now i have new friends and homies to come and kick it with.... I've used Yelp for years, but I've never actually reviewed anything till now. - Short end of it: they fixed my car radio for FREE (not to say they do things for free all the time, but my fix was minor) My radio had been out of commission for a little over 5x years. I'd get the urge every once in a while to get this fixed - took it to about 4x different places over the years telling each place that it was probably the fuse, but that I couldn't check it myself. I had to leave my car at each place for a little over an hour in order for them to check it out; each place told me it wasn't the fuse and that I needed to replace the radio. I didn't care enough and continued to listen to my Sirius Satelite via my iPhone. I got the urge to fix it again and called Kreations after checking out Yelp. I told him my radio is busted and I'll be right over to buy a new radio system, done deal. Kreations did exactly what you should expect form a professional of any kind: they were thorough, quick and most of all, HONEST. Instead of just charging me for a new radio, he checked out the situation first and found out in 20 seconds it was my fuse. He fixed it for free. They could have milked me for a new system and installation fees, but they were honest. I even mentioned that I'd love an Audio jack to plug my phone into, but I'd be selling my car in a year - is it worth it? The owner said no, not worth it - that's honesty right there. I usually don't leave reviews, so this is my very first review. Based on the yelp reviews figures id call this company up. called to get quote, spoke with Sal, from the beginning he was informative, helpful and had so many different options for my aux jack installation. Unfortunately, my car couldn't get the aux jack I wanted because of year & model. But instead of telling me I had to change everything up in my radio system or jacking up price... He gave me other options which were inexpensive and gave me what I wanted out of a aux jack! After a couple days later I went in and he remembered my name & the different issues we talked about! Was impressed 'cause u know how some people will forget the conversation they have with customers & you have to explain the problem again! Anyhow, Sal and his coworker installed so quickly and I was out in 45mins or so. He also gave me tips on my other car's alarm system problem. Great customer service, great work! This is what you call service, because its the first impression you leave on customers that keep them coming & bring in new customers as well. I knew what unit I wanted so it was really a matter of where to have it installed. Did a Yelp review and found 310 Kreations. I usually do my own installs but since this was a newer truck and I wanted to integrate existing speakers and steering wheel controls I wanted it done by a pro. The guys were awesome. Super easy to work with and did great work. I only did the head unit so far but will return to do the rest soon. As a follow up, i went back to have the iPhone cable fixed and they did it for free even though I bought the cable off Amazon. Very cool read more

This was my first time having to deal with the stereo in my '98 528i. Since i got the car, i was cruising around with no sounds. I didn't know what it could be, i just knew my amp was disconnected and it was a mess of wires back there, but didn't know what exactly was wrong. I looked around a few places and Sal had quoted me the best price, even beating another spot by $50. Sal installed a Pioneer AVH-4800, 2016 model, hooked up my amp and had my car bumpin! He had at first estimated about 2 hours for the job, which included by- passing my amp since i wasn't able to buy a new one at the moment, but after connecting the amp and testing the system, Sal said it worked! Didn't have to by-pass the amp which meant the job was finished earleir and it was cheaper! One thing i was very nervous about was how flush and neat the unit would fit in my dash, Sal set it to fit perfectly in my dash and i couldn't be happier! Very professional installation! Like i said, Sal hooked me up with the newest pioneer model for the best price! Other places were trying to sell me the most entry level double-din they had for the same price or more than Sal's price. Some places quoted me $1,000 and up for a cheaper model and by-passing my amp. Sal truly works for the community!! Best experience i could've had, especially being a newbie at sound systems. Where other stereo shops try and take advantage of you is where Sal really shines, he's honest and didn't mind that i asked him a bunch of questions throughout the install. Even after the install, when i was still looking for other things i might need, Sal, again, was honest and said i didn't need anything else unless they fail. My car has a stock system so i know I'll eventually upgrade, but this just shows that he could've tried to sell me a bunch of other things i didn't need right now, instead he was just very, very helpful. Needless to say, i have found my shop. Next thing I need is my steering wheel controls to work again, next month i will be back at 310 Kreations! read more

Even though they couldn't fix my problem (previous owner installed after market fog lights, didn't know what he was doing and turned the car into a fire hazard) they were very nice. They looked at my car and were able to tell me the issue with my fog lights and even showed me online what parts I needed to order. It sucks the previous owner didn't know what he was doing. When I was looking for some professionals to take care of hard-wiring in my cars, I looked up Yelp and 'bam' 310 Kreations popped up with solid 5 star reviews! Impressive .... was an understatement Most of the reviews for car related shops are a 3 or 3.5 AND that's consider 'good' ... no way there's a place that can get over 40+ positive reviews, while maintaining a solid 5 .... well, honestly - if you are reading this - you found the place!! They were a good 5-10 minute drive from my work and I thought - can't go wrong to give them a call and check them out. After calling around and hearing how the 'pros' at all the different shops do hard-wiring, I thought 310 sounded legit and their price was reasonable. So I dropped by to check them out. Granted they may not know everything right off the bat (in terms of hard-wiring BMW) but they are nonetheless pros in what they do and they will research and find out how to do it right. If there's any issues, you can simply take it back and they will make it right. I had them hard-wire 12v dash cam in a new 2013 BMW X6 and took another BMW 7 (aka battery hog) for hardwiring. There was some slight issues in the 7, but they were more than happy to take a look at it and fix it. I was going to have them do the tint for the new car but they were straight forward about how the colors wouldn't quite match up right. I only needed tinting in the 2 front windows, since the back already came with factory tint. With their level of service, I can only wish they can do the tint. I'm almost hesitant to recommend them because I know they will only get busier with all the car owners looking for honest, quality work pros, that can do an excellent job at a reasonable price. And once they get busy as hell, that will only make it more difficult for me to get an appointment when I need some work done. Down to earth guys that know what they are doing. Give them a call when you need something done!! I would not hesitate to go back to them when I have anything that needs to be taken care of. Truly as good as it gets! read more
