When I walked inside their garage area I stood near the service desk for about 3 minutes. 1 of the employees saw me but didn't even bother to say, "Someone will be with you in a minute!" He just glanced at me and continued doing what he was doing. A few minutes later another employee walked into the service area. After he noticed me waiting to be assisted he walked over and said, "Yeah, what?" I asked if they carried a specific item and the guy replied, "No!" Then turned away from me. There are tons of tint shops in LA but after calling & getting quotes on a Saturday ABC Tint was the best price for 7 windows on our Audi and they were able to do it same day. They offer 5 year warranty and was at a great price. They were kind, had a clean shop, let us stay in lounge area and most importantly they did a fantastic job in about an hour. Please do not take your cars to this guy I had a brand new car less than two weeks old got the tint and the stereo put in he scratched my windows up with his X-Acto knife cutting the tint on my window and then chemical burned my interior brand new and broke my seat trying to yank it forward not knowing that it's a brand new fucking car and the seat release is in the trunk and now this morning my car won't start at all I flash my lights in the stereo speaker bumps but the car won't start these motherfuckers cause $2300 in damage on my brand new 2020 Camry Do not trust them with used or new cars do not do business with this place. I came here four years ago and the guy who did my tint job was great. That's why I came back. But he wasn't there . This time the tint job had over 20 bubbles on my rear flat window. They told me the bubbles would go away in two days. A week later I took it back the bubbles didn't go away , they reluctantly did the job over. Now I have 10 bubbles. After watching them work, I believe they are incapable of doing the job right. Sad. The only reason they have four stars is because of the reviews from years ago when the other guy did the tinting. Might be a good place for tint but you definitely don't want bring your stereo here if you want a nice clean and reliable install. The installer is friendly but a novice at best and doesn't take precautions. He was quick to dismiss a wiring problem as a defect of my unit. Most people would have walked away thinking that but I persuaded him to check certain connections...he did and it fixed the problem. While trying to figure out the problem..he kept stripping wires that later had to be taped up to not have a short. Doesn't make me feel good. He didn't treat the head unit and dash with care as he was installing so there was permanent damage to my dash. Bottom line is that after 2 visits...my stereo works but I wish he would have taken his time and done it right the first time. read more

A man sold me a bulb for my car that turned out to be used, then when I came back to get it swapped out he tried to charge me $140 for the new bulb when I only paid $30 for it initially. Not the best tint job. Driver's side looks bad and has scratches from the installation on the glass facing side of the film so it's impossible that they were caused by me. The edges have bubbles and the color of the film has a bit of a greenish hue. The only redeeming quality really is that it was cheap, but I will probably get mine redone elsewhere when I have time. read more

Came here on 3 different occasions to get a quote on a sound system. Was told by Peter he was too busy to give me a quote on 2 different occasions so I called the third time and was told to come in. Came in within half an hour of calling only to see the place was closed. Time only wasn't updated and they are closing earlier than what is posted. All I wanted was a quote, i could've came another day to get it installed. I was a serious customer too. Will never come back here, I've given this place my business for years. I have had this place tint two of my cars so far. This place is a no brainer. For the following reasons: 1. The use Solar Free brand window tint which is 99.9% UV blocking. Most other tint film brands are 99% UV blocking. Doesn't seem like much? .9%, well that's literally the same as comparing SPF 100 to SPF 1000. I researched it. 2. The price is unbeatable for the quality of the 99.9% tint film used. For example, a tint shop in Cypress wants about $750 including windshield for 99.9% UV blocking 3M Crystalline tint film. If you find a cheaper price I can guarantee its the usual 99.0% UV block tint. Again, 99.9% UV blocking is 10 times more UV blocking vs 99.0%. 3. ABC is willing to tint the windshield with Solar Free Artisan clear 75% darkness ceramic film. Many tint shops refuse to put even clear on the windshield cause its more difficult. Even, if another tint shop does the windshield charge is a fortune. 4. ABC only charges $240 cash for a regular Toyota Prius Hybrid with all its windows or $250 on a credit card for the entire car including the windshield. I have clear Solar Free Artisan ceramic film on the front sides and windshield. That ceramic film blocks just as much heat as most darker films plus still gives 99.9% UV blocking since its still the Solar Free brand. I have Solar Free Sentry 20% darkness put on all my back windows behind the driver's door. Any cars I buy in the future, I'll be sure to come here since ABC cannot be beat with the price & quality of tint for the 4 reasons described above. I may buy a Viper alarm from here in the future as well. Since, their price seems unbeatable on that as well. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. There are two guys working here. I am assuming the really friendly hispanic is the manager/assistant and the surly korean is the owner/boss based on their interaction with each other. Price is fair and service is prompt and they say they guarrantee their work but then it depends! Passenger side had 2 big scratches which i noticed right away but surly korean insists that i wait for a few days and come back after it really dries out. That was a big waste of my time because i had to drive all the way back there again to have it replaced which he eventually did. Second is when i went there second time, i saw my driver front window had like a hair or lint, small but definitely visible trapped between window and tint. So i pointed out to surly korean and he got mad!!! He said why am i being picky!?!???!!! He refused to replace the tint!! Am i being unreasonable?? Would anybody here agree to just bear with the hair trap between window and tint????? And definitely visible?? I doubt it! For that.... and attitude. Definitely a one star!!! I went to get a quote about two weeks ago for my car. The guy looked at it and told me 140. I bring this same car back ready to get it done and they told me the price was 180 because they didn't know it was a hatchback. I was ready to compromise on the price because everybody makes mistakes, but the man I spoke to said he didn't remember ever seeing my car or me showing him. The owner isn't very friendly either, both times I was there he was extremely rude. The guy I spoke to is named Vance, he was a nice guy but overall the situation was pretty unorganized and I don't appreciate them changing the price on me like that and not owning up to it. read more

Don't come here! I'd give them negative stars if I could. I called this place on a Tuesday to get a quote for my car. Which I got for $140 all the way around. When I initially called the man told me $140 with a 5 year warranty. I pulled up to the shop and they were working on a car but the other guy who works there stood there smoking his cigarette and didn't acknowledge me or even say hello. So I left. I decided to give them another shot because they had the lowest price I had received. Called back today which is Thursday and they said no one was there and that I could come in. I pulled up confirmed the amount to be $140, which they agreed. But when I asked about the warranty the guy smoking the cigarette said something in their language and the other guy told me 2 years. So I said but I thought you told me 3 years over the phone the other day? So he said okay 3 years but it only covers bubbles. He's was so rude about it tho as if he was doing me a favor. No, this is your business! So I asked if it had changed because I was told 5 years over the phone and also seen that other yelpers mentioned they were given a 5 year warranty as well. What changed now that I'm here? And you snuck and said something in your language basically switching things up. I left and went somewhere else in the area and paid $180. I'd rather pay more and receive top notch service then to be switched up on. I kinda felt like they were discriminating against me a little. Came to another shop for more who I had also called, with a 5 year warranty that cover bubbles, scratches, tears. Pretty much whatever goes wrong with it. And they didn't switch up on me when I did finally decide to come! Honesty and integrity matters most. I refuse to spend my money anywhere where I feel like I'm being played, or taken advantage of. Owner is a crook, I was quoted 50.00 to install a radio in my truck by the installer. Owner comes over and says it will be 100.00 because it requires a lot of modification.
