Great service, good communication and reasonable price. They replaced an exterior spigot that had broken. Definitely recommend!

This company has to be the biggest liars scammers ever They guarantee their water filter units to remove the sulfur, iron smell from your water 100 % but its all BS. I bought the system for almost $2300 it only worked for about a week and a half before I started getting sulfur and iron smell again I had to add peroxide to the system manually which is part of the reason why I got rid of my last system because my representative Jason said that I would not need to use salt or peroxide for his system but it turns out that everything he said was nothing but a big lie. I performed all the tests that Jason asked me to do for my system and at the end he wants me to invest in yet another system of peroxide to add to this already not working the system to make it work after being told that I didn't need any salt or peroxide to make the system work. I asked for a full refund he refused to give it to me after he said his Company has been in business for 37 years. Thankfully we had a heat pump to get us by but that thing was reaching the end of its life. We had five companies come out to quote us a laundry list of things with the main items being a new package unit, and removing the old boiler and heat pump. Wyatt was the only one who bothered to get down into the crawl, took photos, and showed us issues we didn't know were there. Additionally, he sealed up all the duct seams, ran a dedicated duct to a room way across the house that now feels comfortable, a new Ecobee thermostat, Halo air purifier, a new return setup, and a few other much needed repairs... NONE of which he tried to upsell me on, but I was the one who pointed out most of these issues to which he had solid solutions that fit our budget. I'm sure I'm missing something! He spent almost an entire week here working his tail off so that we'd have reliable heat ASAP. He was very reasonably priced, polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with. No doubt we'll be reaching out to him again!

They noticed issues with placement and exhaust, and they corrected these and let me know about their fixes to prevent future problems. Very kind people. Water is now easier to control the temperature of, and I have the peace of mind that the water is now clean and that I shouldn't have to worry about the water heater for quite some time! Pricing is what it is, not their fault everything is as expensive as it is right now.

Early the next morning, I had a message from Adam B. Once I got to work, I returned the call and quickly described my issue and what I believed it to be. The first available appointment wasn't until Monday (it wasn't urgent, so I wasn't worried about going the weekend). I got my timeframe. I had a couple other appointments that day, so I ended up taking the day off so I could easily be available. I immediately liked that they told me who would be arriving - AND that was who arrived. I also liked that they use a customer portal that allows you to have some security if you pay online or to review your records. Christian arrived (there was one other person with him). It took him a couple minutes to diagnose the issue he believed it to be, and it took him not a lot longer to determine that diagnosis correct. He quoted the price, I agreed, and he got to work. After finishing the work, he determined the original issue I'd believed it to be wasn't quite needing to be addressed (but will be in the near future). We discussed options, including ways I could save a bit. Christian was personable and explained things in a way I could understand. The issue was likely caused by me, but he managed to avoid using the word "idiot" at any point. The repair was done in a timely manner. The price ended up being a bit lower than quoted. I appreciated his honesty as he very easily could have pointed me toward a repair not needing done yet. It also became obvious the last person I'd used had really only done half the job. Everything has worked beautifully since Christian finished. There are likely a couple more projects I'll tackle in the near future, and I won't hesitate to return to Grateful Plumber. The housecall was $59, but that was credited toward the repair once I decided to have them do the work. Friendly employees. Good follow-through. Fair pricing. Quality work. Problem solved. That's 5-star for me and another winner for Yelp's project feature.

The technician had the part already in his hand, and it is a plug and play part, which may at most cost $5. This is horrible business practice, and I will no longer be doing business with Plumbing Heating Paramedics. This company promotes pulling a fast one on their customers, as Wayne the tech mentioned to me he knows the part is very inexpensive, yet still chooses to work for this company, and then was attempting to force his religeon on me by saying I would be finding Jesus some day. BEWARE of this company who trains their employees to follow this poor business practice.

A technician came out and inspected it. He said he needed to turn water off to the whole house but probably would run into a problem with the shut off valve, and recommended that be replaced also. The total bill was going to be almost $1000. I wanted to think about it so paid him $85 for a service call and told him I would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime I spoke with a friend who has some plumbing knowledge and he told me how to make the repair. I didn't need to shut off the water at all. It cost me less than $6 and took about 5 minutes. I definitely feel I this technician was trying to swindle me. I called the owner and asked to speak with him to give him a chance to rectify the situation, but after leaving a message because he wasn't available never got a return call. I would avoid these people because now I sincerely questioned their honesty and/or competency.
