    The only bad thing about this experience was that I didn't buy a car…read more I came across this dealership online after seeing a car I really wanted. The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership.

Also the wheels had been swapped and weren't even the factory recommended size for the car. We found that out after the fact. My car was a manufacturer buy back. Even so the offer was low seeing that it was a pristine, low mileage ATS premium. I figured you would be less since it was a trade but not that much less than we buy any car paying me cash. We waited hours to get all the paperwork wrapped up since it was a very busy Saturday and ended up being there after close. No manager to be found which is why I immediately called and emailed. Didn't think I would be ignored. I no longer have the vehicle but do appreciate you leaving your contact info here tho I didn't see it until now. You had all of my info and could have responded to me after all the messages and emails I sent but it is what it is now. Learning experience on my part.

I appreciate the honesty of the staff. I never feel like they are looking to make money from me. We did an oil change and to our surprise, they removed the diagnostic fee. This is the only repair shop we take our cars too. Even for an oil change. I trust Sansone with our repairs and changes. The service always goes beyond what we expect, especially cost. When you know the service provider in charge is Jay, that shows the relationship the dealer is to us. Keep up the great service. Also, they provide food, a courtesy vehicle, and will take someone for a few hours if needed.

They said it normal for a hybrid, but after another 3 k miles it got worse. The advisor wanted to sell me tires because they were all cracked and a rear brakes and that would fix the problem (I had the tires done and it didn't help) The vehicle has been in the shop for over 100 days total and had All wheel Drive coupler, 2 driveshafts and a transmission replaced. With all of this I still have the same problem. They sold a problem car and won't replace it and I'm willing to pay a few bucks extra to get one that works. I saved so I can pick up my grandsons from pre-k and have a safe car. I sent an email to Mr. Sansone but had no response.. SENIOR BUYER BEWARE

    I purchased a used Mercedes Sprinter from Sea Breeze Ford for business/commercial use. At no point…read moreduring the sale process was it clearly disclosed that the vehicle only came with ONE key/fob. I test drove the van, accidentally went home with the key in my pocket, then returned with it while completing the purchase paperwork -- and still nobody mentioned it was the only key. Because this is a work van used by both myself and my crew, a second key was extremely important. After the purchase, I contacted the dealership and was repeatedly told they were "working on getting the key," which led me to believe the issue was being handled. After waiting weeks with no resolution, I ultimately had to go directly through Mercedes myself. The final cost for the replacement key and programming ended up being approximately $850, plus several hours out of my workday. The dealership ultimately only offered $200 toward the expense despite the prior communications and the actual documented replacement cost. Very disappointing experience, especially because this could have easily been disclosed upfront before the sale was finalized

    After my '05 escape lost its transmission last week, it was finally time for a long overdue…read moreupgrade. Having gone to dealers in the past, I was dreading having to deal with pushy sales folks who turned me off from the experience, but the pre-owned truck Sansone Nissan had for sale was enticing enough to make me visit on Saturday. I took my parents and dog along with it being my first time considering making such a large investment in a vehicle. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dan McGeveran. From Dan's initial "hello", I knew this could be the day. Unlike folks I had dealt with in the past, Dan came off more as a friend and a voice of reason. He sat down, listened my concerns, answered my questions, and had us test driving in no time. Dan was happy to show me all the different options available and his thoughtfulness and kindness throughout the whole process was unparalleled. After we had agreed on terms and the paperwork process was beginning, Dan offered us coffee. My parents took him up on the offer but I declined, who drinks dealership coffee right?! Well next thing you know Dan's walking back into his office with Dunkin Donuts cups and frankly my jaw dropped. A small act, but Dan had already made his sale and this was not necessary. Just another example of his kindness, thoughtfulness, and him doing everything possible to make the experience from start to finish as enjoyable as possible for all of us. It's also worth mentioning that Dan stayed after closing while Ron finished up the paperwork to ensure I could leave with the vehicle that evening. Experience is very valuable, and Dan's 15 years working at Sansone Nissan shows. If you are in the market for a vehicle and have the same concerns I did, please do yourself a favor and reach out to Dan McGeveran. I can't guarantee he will buy you Dunkin Donuts, but I can guarantee you won't be disappointed he helped you find a vehicle.
