I got them down to a close to what I wanted OTD price, but two days later I had a question on the vehicle's capacity sticker. So, I went to the dealership and stood by the unit on the lot. I then called my salesperson (Travis) on my cellphone and asked my legitimate question about the cargo capacity sticker as it varies by vehicle and how they are equipped. I asked for a picture of it. Travis told me. "It's out on a test drive with another customer and if it doesn't sell, I'll get back to you." I was standing right next to it (while they claimed it was currently out on a test drive). I was ready to buy that day, but glad I didn't. And no, it hadn't just come back. I had been there for a couple of hours inspecting it before calling him. I got the deal I wanted elsewhere. I'm all for the nature of the business and the fact that they need to max profit and the customer max savings. But when there is bold-faced lying, that's when I walk. If you want a deal, do not go into this or any dealership at all. Do it all in writing and force them to give you the best OTD price in writing (itemized). All of the "Can I get you coffee?" while they disappear for 20 minutes at a time, is old-fashioned and stupid. There are now even AI agents that will negotiate for you under a bogus e-mail address, to start the process. Don't fall for the "schedule an appointment" nonsense. It's all a stupid tactic. In writing, get the OTD price, take it with you, then do the test drive, and finalize.

The problem happened again within hours and has continued to happen getting worse. I called back asking if they had an Electronics Expert. They have one who apparently floats between shops. So I'm disappointed they gave me the car back without 1. Poring through the Chrysler database to find similar cases. 2. suggesting waiting for the expert. I had to ask. I have an appointment later this month. Fingers crossed.

Disappointing experience - problems started 28 days after purchase…read more Review: Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I purchased my vehicle approximately four months ago, and I strongly suggest that anyone searching for a car also consider dealerships with a better consumer history. Only 28 days after the purchase, I began experiencing mechanical issues that could affect the engine. Although the company performed repairs, the same problems continued to return repeatedly within less than three months. In addition, I do not believe the vehicle was properly inspected before delivery. The car was handed over with the oil close to its limit and with very low fluid levels in several systems that should have been properly filled. The tires were also already very worn and had to be replaced within just four months. I have driven less than 2,000 miles, yet the vehicle has already presented multiple serious problems. Even when the 3-month warranty is activated, customers are still required to pay part of the repair costs, in addition to transportation expenses and time away from work. I paid about $6,000 as a down payment, and so far I have spent approximately $8,000 total, including installments and repair-related costs. When I tried to exchange the vehicle, I was told there were over 200 cars available, but I would still have to pay additional money to make the exchange. After all the loss and frustration, I was expected to pay even more just to get rid of a defective car. Another very important detail is that for vehicles with more than 60,000 miles, customers may be asked to sign documents waiving the 3-month consumer protection, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve serious defects later. My advice, especially to non-English speakers: * Never sign anything under pressure. * Take all documents home and translate every page before signing. * If any problem starts, communicate only by email to keep proper records. This experience caused me to completely lose trust in this business. No one spends this much money to end up with a car that brings stress instead of safety and peace. Please think very carefully before purchasing from this company.

I want to leave this review as a warning to anyone thinking about buying a car from this company…read more If you are planning to buy a car for more than $20,000 like I did, please consider looking at Facebook Marketplace first. You will probably find similar cars for half the price and the quality might honestly be the same. The difference is that when you buy from this company, you pay a lot more and still risk getting a broken car. In my experience, this company sells defective vehicles. The problem with my car started only 22 days after I bought it. Since then, I have reported the exact same issue five times, and the car has already been repaired four times for the same problem. After six months, the issue still continues. What is even more concerning is that during the purchase process they make you sign paperwork that includes a paragraph where you waive certain rights. I strongly recommend that anyone buying from them take the contract home and read every single line carefully before signing anything. I feel extremely disappointed and unsafe driving this car. No one should spend more than $20,000 on a vehicle and then have to deal with the same mechanical issue over and over again. If you have also had problems with this company, please share your experience in the comments. It would help other people understand how common these situations may be and help future buyers make a more informed decision. I truly hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistake I made. This is a horrible dealership! What a rip off! Beware of their schemes! I works NEVER buy here…read moreor suggest other do either! I purchased a used 2010 BMW 328i for around $13,000 before financing (after it cost me around $20,000 mind you which isn't my problem....). I was more than willing to purchase the vehicle at they said it had no issues, ran and looks great! Well the car looked wonderful and on the surface, when test driving it it did appear to have no issues... Within the first 6 months is buying the car I had to put $7,000 cash out of my own pocket for repairs. I have receipts and a video from the BMW dealership whereas they said that my kids and I were lucky that the car didn't catch on fire because of faulty repairs previously done prior to my purchasing the vehicle. That was just the start of the whole ordeal. To save money I brought the car to a reputable foreign car repair shop to get the repairs done cheaper after the initial repairs at the BMW dealership, whereas I was told the car needed an additional $5,000 on repairs due to leaking gaskets and other issues with the car! Plus the drop hard top convertible retractor stopped working, the drivers side window stopped working, and there were additional electrical issues that needed to be completed as well which would further up the cost from $5,000 (ADDITIONAL dollars from the already $7,000 I already shelled out!). At this point, I called the financing company and told them about the while ordeal as Micheal Motor Cars was informed of this trouble around our before the 6 month mark of my having the vehicle whereas they ONLY would agree to send me a $1,000 check towards everything!).I did take the check to put towards the initial $7,000 repair, but didn't know any everything else yet... All in all, within a year of owing the car and NEVER missing a payment I put over $10,000 i for repairs of my very own money! By the time I called the finance company, I told them I had enough of this vehicle and that I wanted it picked up ASAP to voluntarily surrender the vehicle. That I wasn't putting any more money into this LEMON of a vehicle! They came and picked it up, sold it for less than $3,000, put that towards what I owed and slapped me with a $8,5000 Bill for the reminder of the balance! My credit score which I worked so hard to keep high, lowered over 125 points! And will remain in my credit report for 7 years unless I pay for a lemon or a car that I do not have any longer! What a nightmare this ordeal has been, moreover, dealing with Michael's Motor Cars! I thought that they were a relatable dealership, that since an employee is theirs even previously owned the BMW I was purchasing, and that the way they all represented themselves that I was getting a good deal and in good hands! Well I wasn't, nor will you be! I should have some my homeworj - had the vehicle inspected by my personal mechanic/the BMW dealership and also look at reviews both from Google and Yelp as they have some pretty messy and nasty comments that I hadn't previously seen! For one compliant like mine is too many (that being is you're a honest reputable dealership!)

My beyond words terrible experience at World Volkswagen of Neptune…read more My one‑year‑old Tiguan lease has had ongoing mechanical issues, specifically a recurring oil problem that the dealership has been unable to diagnose or resolve despite 4 separate service visits. On the 4th visit, I was told I would need to pay for a diagnostic test for an issue that has been present since the beginning of the lease. Throughout this process, the service department -- including the service manager -- has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The dealership itself is poorly managed, with customer service standards far below what should be expected from a Volkswagen retailer. Pricing is also excessively high given the lack of quality or accountability. Due to these repeated failures, I have escalated the matter to Volkswagen of America. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealershipy.

Having gone to dealers in the past, I was dreading having to deal with pushy sales folks who turned me off from the experience, but the pre-owned truck Sansone Nissan had for sale was enticing enough to make me visit on Saturday. I took my parents and dog along with it being my first time considering making such a large investment in a vehicle. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dan McGeveran. From Dan's initial "hello", I knew this could be the day. Unlike folks I had dealt with in the past, Dan came off more as a friend and a voice of reason. He sat down, listened my concerns, answered my questions, and had us test driving in no time. Dan was happy to show me all the different options available and his thoughtfulness and kindness throughout the whole process was unparalleled. After we had agreed on terms and the paperwork process was beginning, Dan offered us coffee. My parents took him up on the offer but I declined, who drinks dealership coffee right?! Well next thing you know Dan's walking back into his office with Dunkin Donuts cups and frankly my jaw dropped. A small act, but Dan had already made his sale and this was not necessary. Just another example of his kindness, thoughtfulness, and him doing everything possible to make the experience from start to finish as enjoyable as possible for all of us. It's also worth mentioning that Dan stayed after closing while Ron finished up the paperwork to ensure I could leave with the vehicle that evening. Experience is very valuable, and Dan's 15 years working at Sansone Nissan shows. If you are in the market for a vehicle and have the same concerns I did, please do yourself a favor and reach out to Dan McGeveran. The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership.

Also the wheels had been swapped and weren't even the factory recommended size for the car. We found that out after the fact. My car was a manufacturer buy back. Even so the offer was low seeing that it was a pristine, low mileage ATS premium. I figured you would be less since it was a trade but not that much less than we buy any car paying me cash. We waited hours to get all the paperwork wrapped up since it was a very busy Saturday and ended up being there after close. No manager to be found which is why I immediately called and emailed. Didn't think I would be ignored. I no longer have the vehicle but do appreciate you leaving your contact info here tho I didn't see it until now. You had all of my info and could have responded to me after all the messages and emails I sent but it is what it is now. Learning experience on my part.
