The showroom process went smoothly and they allowed us plenty of time to figure out what worked well together once we could see everything in person. I had trouble with a couple of high boy table tops not attaching properly so I made sure to film it, along with the other tables so they knew it wasn't user error and I didn't have any issues receiving a refund for the defective table tops. I was scrambling to find white pads for Chiavari chairs that I rented in Shreveport, LA. I contacted premiere, as well as several other rental companies in Dallas (in between Austin and Shreveport) and companies in Dallas referred me back to premiere! That's how well respected this company is. Highly recommend if for all your events!
