We ran into our venue coordinator at that same expo and showed her all of our research. However, the thing we were MOST excited about was the flipbook, which she had also never ever seen before. She was so impressed by them that she negotiated with Kristy to work our wedding at no cost to us. When we got this news, I swear to you, we reacted as though we had just won the lottery. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday and purchased Boost's Express package. The good: the setup…read morewas in place prior to and after the reserved timeframe allowing for some additional time. The bad: 1) The requested backdrop was unavailable. I was told 2.5 hours before the event started and had to choose an alternate backdrop. 2) An attendant was not present during the event which led to less quantity and quality of pictures saved/shared to attendees. 3) The picture overlay created for the event was not available for use on the device. 4) Boost Photo did not respond to an email, sent 5 days prior to the event, requesting the contact information for the attendant for event coordination. 5) No props were provided as stated in the Express package. Overall, I would not recommend Boost Photo Booth Co. to others as they failed to provide critical aspects of the express package we purchased. We had 65 attendees at the event and took hundreds of photos, less than 20 were received in total.
