It was 9pm, dark and the car was un-drivable. I called AAA to tow me to a AAA recommended garage. After over 4 hours of waiting, AAA told me they had no driver available to tow me, and that I should call a private towing company. It was after 1am and I was quite nervous. I called Power Lift Automotive and the dispatcher, Rob, answered the phone. He was very reassuring and said that Justin, his driver, would be there within 45 minutes - and he was. I was still nervous because I had to pay cash and leave my car with Justin whilst I got a cab home. But both Rob and Justin reassured me that Justin would take photos of the AAA service station and of my keys being dropped into their drop box - and I received many photos and a texted receipt. Today I called to get a proper receipt to present to AAA for reimbursement and spoke to Andy the owner. What a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant, reliable and competent team of people who put their customers needs and well-being first. I highly recommend Power Lift Towing if you ever need to get towed!

There was a little damage to the body work, nothing major but it was going to be one of those calls. You know where you are going to battle to get it put right.... Nothing could be further from the truth, the owner Luis got on the phone and IMMEDIATELY accepted full responsibility with an apology and asked when he could pick the car up to put it right!! Kinda taken aback I decided to take the car myself to meet this person and see his operation. When I got there the other owner John, seemed so pleased to see me, he gave me a tour of the body workshop they had (full of porches and high end cars, which made me feel comfortable). He told me he'd have the damage fixed and back to me that night, plus they'd do the whole bumper, covering a little dent we'd done to it months before. That night the car arrived back, fully detailed and looking brand spanking new! Thanks Luis and John for a great experience.

Either people don't care about spending the money or they are completely misinformed. I needed two tires replaced. Mounted and balanced. I already purchased the tires on my own. He gave me a price of $150 a wheel!!Which is absurd. That's $300. I can buy all four tires for under $280. I went over to my guys at ETD in Hackensack and payed $84 before tax. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.
