These people changed my car battery. Stole my apple watch ultra from inside my car. They then called me to say it was at the shop and now they're saying its not there and they're not responsible for personal belongings left inside a car. My own car my battery and my watch just poofed gone. Worst customer service I've experienced. Satisfied customer. Found through Geico Express service locator. Lovely staff at the shop...I did a quick walk-around inspection of the car with a staff member when I first dropped off the car on 12/19/22. A few days later, I had access (via Geico) to the shop's estimate and photos. The estimate was very fair...they used whatever they could reuse (i.e. undamaged headlight) as they are supposed to. The initial Geico estimate said "12" days and gave car pickup date of 12/31/22. I thought that date was a bit aggressive when I first saw it. I called them on about 12/29 and they said that they were still waiting for parts and they expect the last part to arrive on 1/3/23. I was also told that they think the car would be ready by the following Friday (1/13/23). I was called on 1/12/23 and was told that the car was ready for pickup. I picked it up the following day and was very pleased with the work done. Hard to tell any accident occured except for the newer appearing headlight and foglight on the repaired side. (The old reused parts were a bit cloudier) The paint job was good with minimal-no signs of work done. Overall I was very happy with the staff and work done. It was unfortunate that it took 2 weeks for the parts to get there for an "Express" shop...but I understand that is the nature of the business. read more

This shop and it's people are TOP NOTCH!!! After I had a hit and run incident that left my car of 14 years with it's only very ugly smashed in driver side fender, I was lost as to who to go to. After a quick internet search BRUCKNER COLLISION popped up with 5 star ratings and reviews. I checked some others but I went with BRUCKNER COLLISION. To say that I was more than satisfied is an understatement. Willie (from Scotland) quoted me a price that was more than fair and his paint guy (sorry forgot his name) matched the color of my auto and then some. I could go on and on but you kinda get the idea. My service at Bruckner Collision was truly as good as it gets. I was beyond happy with the work done to my vehicle. Whoever worked on it went above and beyond my expectations with the repairs. I was a bit nervous because: 1. this is my first car 2. I am a woman and legend suggest I was going to get less then acceptable work done on my new car. But Bruckner Collision treat me like family! My car looks better then before the vandalism even happend to it. My only suggestion is that they communicate a bit more during the process although I know they did not because Geico is in house, and they (Geico) SHOULD be updating clients. Nevertheless I am super greatful for the work they did and defiantly consider them my mechanics if I ever (GODFORBID) need any work done to my car. ive been dealing with them along time and the manager there Willie explained to me how they over charge your insurance I had my car worked on at the facility and after work was preformed I noticed they were still getting check 2 months after my car was worked on so I went to a different shop and had them check what was changed they charged me for 2 new headlines only one was changed they Also reused what ever they could and charged my insurance for it also my car parts weren't from dodge like they said they were Chinese read more

Not happy at all with the service. The date of me getting my car kept being pushed back because the "Car was ready and prepared but still haven't received the bumper" I finally go pick up the car, at the time they said it would be ready and the car is dusty as all hell. They had to wash it while I was there, after I said I couldn't really judge the job because of the dust. In addition, after I get home. I realize the Day Time running light, which has never had an issue, was not turning on. I'm assuming they forgot to plug it in. I call them today to ask if I can take it in to have them fix that, and I'm told none of the techs are at the shop. So right now I risk getting a ticket until Monday, because the techs are not in. This establishment is close to my residence. When my vehicle was broken into, the dealer stated they had no room for my hyundai. I had to have it towed here. There was confusion with what statefarm paid for or paid half for, they covered all damages . It seemed like they tried to squeeze more out of the insurance company on my time and my misfortune. I had to keep calling them for updates on the car. I needed to know because my job is not easy to leave early or call of from . I needed to know when i could pick up the vehicle . I know people need to make money but customers are people too and have lives and may not be financially equipped to be thrown to a financial loop for no reason. You will have to be on top of them if you use them. It seemed like something was wrong with my vehicle and i had to go back and go back. Shouldnt they have checked the whole vehicle vacummed all the broken glass from the inside and washed it before they gave it back to me? Common sense and sincerity goes along way. read more

First I'd like to say how well run this shop is and the professionalism of the owner, and staff. After speaking with Angel the owner he told me his family has had the shop in that location since 1992 run by his father now run by him. Angel is extremely reasonable, and fair he gives you all your options even if it means he won't make maximum profits. His duty is to make clients happy with emptying their wallets. I got a chance to speak with a few employees that were doing work on my vehicle one of which was Big Willie whose originally from Scotland and is very knowledgeable and the other employee was Little Willie he worked extremely safely and quickly ensuring all the work was being done properly. After all was said and done they even washed and polished my car without a charge! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND WILL BE RETURNING FOR ANY WORK I NEED DONE IN THE FUTURE!!! read more

My entire experience here was awesome. GEICO is on site, so (if you have GEICO), it's very easy, from the car rental for the duration of the repairs as well as every other aspect of the work.
