Had I checked the reviews I would have had better luck pushing my car to the dealership before they showed up. I made the call around 4:30 pm waited for an 1 1/2 then called them for status. I was asked if I was the one looking for a winch out? Absolutely not I had fluids leaking from the front end of my car. Why would I request a winch out. I was told that I then had to call the insurance company again with a new window of 90 to 120 minutes. I called for an update only to be told lady I just got the job I have at least an hour left to respond. I waited and waited as the time on the supposedly arrival time dwindled to zero. Mind you they were assigned the initial request, this is now the 2nd. I called again and was then told that the driver was dropping a car near by and should be to me in 30 minutes. Remind you I started this around 4:30 by 9 pm I still had not seen Lil Pete's driver. His dispatch flat out lied to my carrier that he would be there in 20 minutes. It was 10pm and I finally called Alex's Towing in Elmsford NY. They arrived in 15 minutes and had my car dropped off at the shop by 10:30pm. I will be filing a complaint with my carrier that their trust in Lil Pete's is sorely misplaced and a dis-service to their insureds. Lil Pete's would you want the women in your life to be treated this way? To those who have posted glowing reviews I hope you told the truth!
