Called to get my car towed. They said that they would get to my car in 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I called to ask where the tow truck driver was. They put me on hold. After 10 minutes on hold they told me they could not get a hold of the driver. They offered to refund my service call fee but I asked them what happened. They said they still could not get a hold of the driver and that they didn't have another driver available. They asked if I could wait another 15- 20 minutes to see if they could get a hold of the driver. I waited and called back. They told me that the driver was going to get to another customer ahead of me and could not get to me until another hour to an hour and a half. I asked then why did they tell me that they were going to get to me in 45 minutes when I had originally called. They gave me an unsatisfactory answer. read more

Hidden fees. Uses a third party wrecking service. Please do not use! You call and they tell you one price and when it comes to pay that's when they hit you with all these hidden fees. Just another example as to why this industry needs to be regulated. God knows how many people they have over charged. read more

I called them got a quote from them so I was like okay cool I can afford that. I called at 8am to get a tow, every time I called they said they'd be there in 20-30 mins. I called them every 30 mins trying to figure out where they were. They didn't show up until more than 2 hours later. Finally I get towed then then all of a sudden they're trying to charge me $275 on top of another $59 for what? I've called and they won't send me a itemized breakdown of the costs before I pay. Also they're trying to get me for all these hidden fees. Like for example a highway fee, which supposedly means they picked me up on a highway or in a lane, I WAS IN A PARKING LOT WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME FOR THIS. Also trying to charge me because my car needed a flatbed so you're using extra parts to tow it and you didn't give me that option. They asked for my make and model so they should've known I needed a flatbed. HIDDEN FEES, CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TRY TO BLOW YOU OFF IF YOU CONTACT THEM AFTER. Do not use this company. My insurance agent contacted them to get someone out to me as soon as possible. I was stuck on the side of the road with my two small children. They ask my make and model and told me the one time payment would be 170. I was then told they would be to me within 20 minutes. After a lot of back and forth they canceled on me because I ask the name of the towing company. Their reasoning was I would leave a bad review. I needed to know who was towing my car. 3 hours later they finally got someone to me. Then they wanted to charge another 50 dollars because the type of vehicle I drive can only be towed on a flat bed. After speaking. To George he told me that my car should only be towed that way. I told him from the beginning you k ew what my vehicle was so I should be charged accordingly. He then stated he had all of our conversation recorded and he could prove I didn't tell him what I was driving. I had to tell him to go listen to the recording because they had to know what my car was when he asked my location and what vehicle to look for. I told him I was reporting him and calling my bank to cancel the payment and I was sending his tow truck driver away. He then freaked out and told him to tow my vehicle for the price I paid. The tow truck driver was really nice and understood through out it all. This company is getting exactly what they were afraid of a bad review. read more
