I am partially blind in my left eye but all other information was registered accurately. My complex number was also provided. No one contacted me and after paying for a new car now I'm stuck with a no way to go pick up my car and pay 240 for it to be released. I parked in visitor parking and received a confirmation email only to wake and be towed for missing one digit. Any person with half a brain could see it was clearly the SAME car and that I was following the rules by parking in visitor parking and registering. I don't know how they sleep at night taking advantage of people who can't afford homes or choose multihousing units. They don't do due diligence to ensure someone is actually in violation and act like robots in communication. I want justice and feel bullied discriminated and taken advantage of by this business. I will be reporting this to the state of Texas. Clearly my intent was to follow the rule and now I'm penalized for poor vision due to domestic violence. Stop beating up on people.
