Went in for an Alignment on a 2000 Lincoln Town Car after replacing entire front end suspension, (22 pc Mevotech Supreme kit) got charged $70 and steering is pretty much exactly the same, called shop to see what could be done and was told to change my tires as if I was born yesterday. My tires are bald because of a bad alignment (presumably due to suspension issue which has now been resolved). Was told inside they have 1 year warranty but now I'm being told I must buy 4 brand new tires before they can look at it again, as if that's something I haven't already done several times over. None of this is even to mention that I asked several times if there was anything wrong with it still before I paid, and I doubt it was even test driven. Any self respecting business would have AT THE VERY LEAST communicated that there was some sort of issue preventing it from being aligned, especially for charging almost double what other shops charge. Went in for an oil change and a weird noise my car was making. It was fixed along with my oil change! Same day!! I love that the price menu is there as soon as you walk in so there aren't any surprises! Alex is insightful & super responsive. Do not go to Yorkies He will not fix your truck and still charge you for not fixing it. All he does is guess which part to change out and when it doesn't work he will change out another one. Took it to TRM and they fixed it in 2 hours where Yorkies had it 5 days. Planning on suing this so called mechanic. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!! where should i start? my wifes car power steering pump went out one of yorkis part changers pulled the intake to get the pump off, totally no need to do that, car was at the shop 5 days for a 2 hour job,alex yorki at first said the intake needed to come off, then admitted when i picked the car up that it should have not been removed monument chevrolet confirmed this also i asked to check the brakes, they replaced them when it did not need it the guy working on the car said they were fine, but yorki told him to change them cause the customer wanted even though the pads were still good then they changed the oil in my truck, found out today they left the oil cap off, could have been a disaster if not caught in time they were supposed to have another vehicle towed to there shop 1 week later still not done, then the owner alex yorki had his office lady tell me they had no room for my car, as he did not have the guts to confront me that he screwed up they take in way more work than they can do, look at all the junk cars around the shop as my witness alex yorki will have you believe he will work on your car personally just to get your business this is a honest review on my part,thats why my picture is included i have nothing to hide, as we all work hard for our money i also reported them to the BBB read more
