I'm not in great shape and it was my first boxing experience so I really appreciated her checking up on everyone in the class. The second half of the workout was with dumbbells and body weight exercises on the bench which was tough but felt great after. Shout out to the front desk (Gia I believe?) for inspiring me to sign up, not sure I would have done it without her encouragement!
