From start to finish, the owner, Ray, demonstrated exceptional honesty, professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. 5C Home Solutions was hired by the previous homeowner to completely remodel their 1966 home before putting it up for sale, and the results were simply beautiful and immaculate. Nothing was slapped together the way you often see in house flips. The house had never been remodeled until Ray came in - and WOW! 5C Home Solutions did everything - including completely remodeling and modernizing a very dated kitchen, removing the outdated wood paneling and finishing the drywall to a more updated look, moving and redesigning the master closet (which is a true work of art, completely designed by Ray), remodeling both bathrooms, installing new flooring, all new interior painting, and so much more. After seeing the high quality of the work done, I immediately hired Ray for additional jobs to add my personal touches. His remodeling work was flawless, so I didn't hesitate for a moment - and hiring him was absolutely the best decision - I truly cannot recommend him highly enough! On the day I moved in (the first truly hot day of the year), my A/C wouldn't come on, and I was panicking that the HVAC unit had gone out. Ray came out immediately to check it out and discovered that it was a simple wiring problem caused by the ADT rep who had installed it incorrectly. Ray had the A/C running within minutes! I was so relieved I could have cried, and SO appreciative that he came out as soon as he heard what we were dealing with on that stressful day. When a leak developed in my ceiling only a few days after moving in, he immediately went up on the roof and discovered that there was ponding where leaves had piled up. He cleaned off the leaves, climbed through my attic to check that there were no issues, and then repainted the ceiling where a stain had formed (including coming out again at no charge when the stain needed a second coat of Kilz and paint, which was no fault of his.). These are just a few examples demonstrating how Ray was there for me when I needed him. With this being my first home, and with my lack of expertise in the area, Ray could have taken advantage of me easily, and NEVER did. In short, Ray was there for me every time I needed him, no matter the size of the problem. The quality of the work is OUTSTANDING. Every aspect was executed with precision and care. Ray's attention to detail is evident in the flawless finish. 5C Home Solutions went the extra mile to ensure that every little detail was perfect, which truly sets them apart from other contractors.
