But they apparently don't want my business because they asked me to send pics of what I had in mind because they wouldn't let me look at the selection for very long. They seemed as if they were too busy and put out to help a new customer since they were working on removing and returning the sampled inventory. This was a Monday and she said they'd be out to measure on Tuesday or the latest Wednesday and that was 4 weeks ago. I think it's they just don't want to do small jobs and weren't honest about it. But I always do small jobs to test the waters and evaluate their work first like I did with my granite countertops, before scheduling a much larger job. If they did great, I'd have gotten the rest of the carpet out of here. I cannot attest to their work because they don't want my business. Customer service has really taken a dive since Covid. Shame too, we like to use local small businesses.
