We chose this company because of their high reviews but had a very different experience. I would not recommend them. communication, quality, and timeline of the project were all immensely lacking. Towel holders, door knobs, our new fan, light fixtures, tile, wood cabinetry, plates INSIDE our cabinets (why are they touching plates inside our cabinets??), wood floors, a speaker in the laundry room (that they were NOT painting), the bathtub, blinds, a sinks, outlet covers, countertops, the outdoor fence, our patio, splatters on brick around the house, our brand new fridge. You name it, there's paint on it. The walls behind the toilets were skipped. Paint trim on harder to see areas was avoided. The wrong sheen was used for touch ups. And all was presented as the final work. It's clear the home was not protected, fixtures were not removed, and the work was done sloppily and carelessly. One of the "crew members" was a child. Maybe 13 years old or so. You could tell management truly desired to make it right. They visited our home, made it a training exercise for a new employee, wrote us a card- I could tell they genuinely cared and were trying to make it right. Unfortunately, they were not the employees with the boots on the ground. The problem is, the trust has been severely broken. I am the one communicating risk. The project manager would not visit until the walkthrough, so he had no idea how behind we were every time. He kept reassuring me of project due dates- while being unaware of the homes current state. I believe there was a severe project management gap is communicating between painter, homeowner, and leadership, with each being told what they "wanted" to hear versus a transparent project update. We went through four walkthroughs before I personally requested a new painter. They obliged, and the new painter was fantastic. The problem is- I was the one initiating to request the change, this resulted in MORE time, walkthroughs, further delays and frustration. The work still is not complete. But after a 5 day project turning into 25, 5 walk throughs, delayed renovation projects, poor project management, and a move in date looming, I called it done. I'm still finding paint on things and doing touch ups myself. Unacceptable. read more

This company has been amazing with the office personnel, sales people and project managers! They patiently worked with me inthe process of trying to decide on paint/stain colors and even the scope and size of my project. When I couldn't decide they didn't bug me or try to force me into committing to a job I wasn't ready for. Bri was amazingly patient and helpful. And when Morgan arrived this morning with the painters in tow he clarified every detail of the project and how it would work and when it would be done. Not only was it done just as I requested but the painters were professional , got to the job and it was beautiful. This is an honest company besides being quality !!! from office personnel and salesmen and project managers. A delight to work with. This is my 3rd project with this company. Have to update my earlier review. After my review of my experience with spray Tex, they reached out to me pretty quickly. They sent someone out thinking they just needed to do a touch up. There apparently was a breakdown in communication somewhere. The project manager (assuming that's his title) came out, took a look, and acknowledged there was a problem. They scheduled me for a complete re do. The project manager was professional, informative, and thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. The painter they sent out did a much better job than the last one did. They did a good job , used the correct materials this time, and I'm happy with the result. It's good to know that company had the integrity to step up and do the right thing and take care of the job correctly. read more

I did not even get to the estimate phase with these people. Whoever is in charge of the text messaging needs to be fired. They had me complete multiple forms and I told them the two dates that I could have an estimate and they insisted on doing it the week prior ...then why ask me what dates work for me. Then they told me that my 2000 square-foot home was too small for them give me a break. I wasn't gonna use them anyways from the communication style Via the text messages. Never have I experienced a company so dedicated to their customers satisfaction. They addressed my concerns and fixed everything I was stressing over. Customer service by Tanya was absolutely amazing and project manager Josh and his team were spot on with every concern and touch up. It's unfortunate that I had a bad experience the first go around but I'm forever grateful for them fixing the issues, my house looks beautiful and I definitely got what I paid for. Highly recommend. I have had several painters throughout the years and Spray Tex Painting did a fabulous job. I cannot say enough from our sales person (Brianna), to a fabulous painter (Sammy) how pleased we are. I decided to change the color of our kitchen island and Sammy did a fabulous job! We started off on the wrong foot, BUT Spray Tex corrected the issue and did a great job. They worked with us with interior and exterior color. There were some issues with the PM but those were addressed quickly and moved forward quickly. The project was completed a couple days early. Travis and Weston came to our house and did a thorough walk through for an interior painting job. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding paint/color options.
